Tropical Storm Alfred

Tropical Storm Alfred formed from a wave which spawned a tropical low on June 3, the low intensified into a tropical depression on June 4 and then a tropical storm, but dissipated shortly after because of unfavourable environmental conditions in the Caribbean.

Hurricane Bradley

Hurricane Bradley formed as a depression near the Canary Islands on June 18. It tracked a northeasterly pattern, but was shredded apart by wind shear. A low formed afterwards from the remnants of the storm and intensified into a depression, then a tropical storm which was named Bradley. Thirty minutes later, a closed circulation began to form, making Bradley a Category 1. On June 26, the storm reached its peak strength of 150 mph (240 km/h) and made landfall on Florida, before dissipating into a remnant low the next day. The remnants of the storm were absorbed by Tropical Storm Cara.
