Known Universal Standard (KUS) temperature scale which establishes absolute zero as the temperature below which temperature ceases to exist. Increments on the absolute scale are identical to the metric centigrade or Celsius temperature scale where 0 C is the freezing point of water (273.15°A) and 100°C is water’s boiling point (273.15°A). Absolute was adopted by the Second Known Universe Standards Convention in 2789 CE.
