Snakeman needs a Level Six Leader Pixy(リーダピクシー) brought to him. You can recruit the Leader Pixies at coordinates X=16\Y=23 of the Suginami field map. Since the Leader Pixies are level four, you have to level up to level four and then help your new Leader Pixy get to level six. Once you have gotten the Leader Pixy to level six, return to Snakeman and talk to him while the Leader Pixy is still summoned.

You will now be presented with an alignment choice. If you choose to hand over the devil(渡す) and then select (渡す) again, you will lose your Leader Pixy, be given one thousand makka, and have a miniscule movement towards Chaos. If you choose not to hand over the pixie(渡さない) and then forfeit your reward(構わない), you will keep the Leader Pixy, lose the one thousand makka reward, and have a miniscule movement to Law. If at any point you want to rethink your decision, you can select(考え直す)when it is presented to you.
