North Creek Cafe (for "trade show" and large group plenaries)

  Friday, 9/8: 10am to 10pm
  Saturday, 9/9: 8am to 10pm
  Sunday, 9/10: 8am to 7pm

5 Classrooms (green room, registration, etc.)

  Friday, 9/8: 10am to 10pm
  Sunday, 9/10: 5pm to 7pm

10 Classrooms (green room, registration, etc. plus break-out sessions)

  Saturday, 9/9: 9am to 10pm
  Sunday, 9/10: 8am to 5pm

Outdoor Area (for opening and closing)

  Friday, 9/8: 2pm to 3pm
  Sunday, 9/10: 4pm to 5pm

Note: the above is made up based on an email from Ma'ikwe and some hand-wave assumptions about when activity might start in preparation (Friday 10am) for the event's actual start (Friday 2pm??) and 2 hours for tear-down (starting after the public ending at 5pm)

Relevant Venue Experience

Syd Fredrickson has professional experience as an event coordinator using various venues in the Seattle area, including Seattle Center for the 2001 Co-opportunities event.

Craig Ragland has professional experience using the Paramount Theater for various events during his stint as a consultant and full-time employee at the Theatre. Events included the Theatre's Grand Re-opening (featuring the Seattle Opening Performance of Miss Saigon), which followed a major rennovation, and Cyberian Rhapsody, which featured the Seattle Symphony and various musicians known for their Seattle area connections.

Fred Lanphear has site-related experience with many non-profit community events, including events for the NW Inst. of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, One Sky Medicine, [NW Intentional Communities Assocation]], Songaia Community Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) and Institute of Noetic Sciences.
