Artificial Girl 3 (人工少女3 in Japanese) is an eroge (hentai game) created by Japanese H-game company, Illusion. The game was released on November 30, 2007 and it is the sequel to Artificial Girl 2.
The gameplay involves being a guy and living a life with one or many girls (whose various characteristics are set by the player).

- skin color and tanning
- hair color and style
- waist size
- breast size and shape as well as nipple color/size/style
- shape, size, and positioning of mouth, eyes, and nose
- eye and lip color
- ear shape
- 6 personalities to choose from
- an additional 3 more included with the add-on
- an additional 2 more included with both the AG3 bonus and AG3 addon bonus discs
- there is also a fanmade personality type based on the voice files of Kiryuu Aoi, a character from another Illusion game, RapeLay
- Additional personality/ability attributes

AG3 has a concept of worlds. Each girl the player create may be placed in a particular world, and multiple girls can be put in the same world creating some interesting situations.

AG3 has an extremely minimalistic graphic user interface, primarily relying on user's intuition (and having read the manual) to get through the game.
- There is one icon for each girl in the world to show her current location and her mood
- The mouse cursor changes depending on actions available
Everything else requires the player's observation of the in-game world.
