Middle Kid

  • Alec Baldwin: Steven's characters love their work. Terry likes pulling the express, Ash likes his branch line and Alex likes taking the mail. But none of them likes being a middle character. It's no fun being stuck in a middle. One morning, Alex was cheerfully collecting coal Beedrill in the smelter's yards, where Morton and Roy worked. They like to play tricks on steam characters. Alex didn't want to fall for their tricks again. But before he knew it, he was stuck in the middle.
  • Alex: Oh, Bother!
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed Alex crossly.
  • Morton: Little green piggy in the middle!
  • Alec Baldwin: Morton teased. Alex's driver was cross. With coal Beedrill in front and coal Beedrill behind, Alex had to go slower. Raimundo was in the yards when Alex was steamed slowly by.
  • Raimundo: Ha, ha! It's Pokey Alex!
  • Alec Baldwin: Raimundo laughed.
  • Alex: You wouldn't be laughing if you were stuck in the middle.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex fumed. And he fumed all the way to the coaling plant. One by one, he shunted the coal Beedrill onto the tipper's loading ramp and the coal was unloaded. Alex was not allowed to cross the loading ramp until the tipper had been turned off. It was against the rules. But as soon as his driver and fireman left, there was trouble. Shaggy arrived to pick up coal. He bumped into the coal Beedrill and the coal Beedrill bumped into Alex. Alex was pushed onto the loading ramp.
  • Alex: Help!
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Alex. Alex was hoist it up, tipped over and brought back down again. After Alex was load back down to the ground, the manager was very cross.
  • Manager: You have caused confusion and delay!
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Manager: I'll have to report this to Steven.
  • Alec Baldwin: That night, Steven spoke severely to Alex.
  • Steven: I'm very disappointed you, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Steven: You know it's against the rules to go on to the tipper's loading ramp.
  • Alex: Sorry, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex said sadly.
  • Alex: But it wasn't my fault. It's because those koopas made me a middle character.
  • Steven: Never the less, you will shunt Beedrill in the yard until I can get to the bottom of this.
  • Raimundo: Pah!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raimundo, thinking that he can hear.
  • Raimundo: I can handle those koopas with bent buffers and a busted boiler!
  • Steven: Then you will do Alex's run in the smelter.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Steven.
  • Raimundo: Yes sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raimundo. The next day, Raimundo arrived at the smelter. He was determined to be tricked by Morton and Roy.
  • Morton: Hello, Raimundo.
  • Alec Baldwin: Oosed Morton.
  • Morton: Come to learn a thing or two from those who know?
  • Raimundo: Just get my Beedrill ready and stay out of my way.
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed Raimundo importantly.
  • Roy: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Roy chimed gricely. Raimundo cheerfully backed up to his Beedrill. He was certain he had fooled Morton and Roy but he was wrong.
  • Morton: Little red piggy in the middle!
  • Alec Baldwin: Chortled Morton.
  • Roy: Just like Alex!
  • Alec Baldwin: Jeered Roy.
  • Raimundo: I am not like Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: Puffed Raimundo.
  • Raimundo: I am not a middle character and I am not moving.
  • Alec Baldwin: And he didn't. When Steven heard the news he sent Alex to fetch Raimundo. This made Alex happy. He buffered up to Raimundo and took him along with all the Beedrill to the docks.
  • Manager: Right on time.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the manager.
  • Manager: But what does that big red character doing in the middle?
  • Alex: Learning.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex replied.
  • Manager: Learning what?
  • Alex: Learning to be a middle character.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex laughed. Raimundo covered himself in steam hoping no one would recognize him, but it was good. It was only big red character on the island and everyone knows his name is Raimundo!

Something In The Air

  • Alec Baldwin: One day, Ash was at the keyside of a small village. Fish were being loaded into his Beedrill. The work took a long time, the fishermen were using old equipment and Ash was worried.
  • Ash: I'm going to be late for Shaggy at the docks. He won't like this. Please hurry up.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ash was rudely interrupted.
  • (The crate containing fish inside falls on top of Ash)
  • Alec Baldwin: His driver and fireman laughed.
  • Ash: Phew!
  • Alec Baldwin: Sniffed Ash.
  • Ash: What a pong!
  • Alec Baldwin: He was glad when they were speeding along the beautiful coastal run. Then, they saw a man waving a red flag.
  • Ash: What's the matter now?
  • Man: High tides are damaging the track.
  • Alec Baldwin: Reported the man.
  • Man: I've marked the spot.
  • Driver: We'll go and inspect.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the Driver.
  • Driver: It would be dangerous for heavy characters like Shaggy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Agreed the driver.
  • Driver: But for Ash, it's safe enough.
  • Alec Baldwin: The guard left a red oil lamp by the damaged track to warn characters.
  • Guard: When we get to the docks, I'll tell them to close the line.
  • Alec Baldwin: Shaggy was waiting for Ash's Beedrill.
  • Shaggy: Pah! You're late and that smell is making me ill!
  • Ash: It's the fish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Ash.
  • Ash: And there's danger on the rails. That's why we're late.
  • Shaggy: Pah! You're the only danger on the rails, Ash. Now stop wasting time and get your Beedrill hitched to my train.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ash's driver and fireman were in the yard master's office when they heard Shaggy's whistle. He was steaming out of the station with his long heavy train called The Flying Kipper.
  • Driver: What rude is Shaggy taking tonight?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked the Driver.
  • Yard Master: The coastal run. It's the quickest.
  • Driver: But I told you!
  • Alec Baldwin: Gasped the driver.
  • Driver: That's dangerous for a big character like Shaggy!
  • Alec Baldwin: The yard master quickly phoned the signalman. Shaggy roared past the signalbox.
  • Shaggy: I'll soon make up for lost time.
  • Alec Baldwin: The signalman couldn't hear the warning. By the time he did, Shaggy was far away in a cloud of steam. But when Shaggy reached the coastal track, his hopes for a fast run were dashed. Fog floated everywhere.
  • Shaggy: I can't see!
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Shaggy. Nor could his driver. And when he could, it was too late.
  • (Shaggy falls down into the deep water)
  • Alec Baldwin: As soon as the tide was high enough, Shaggy was craned out of the water.
  • Steven: Characters don't swim, Shaggy. You were meant to deliver fish not swim with them. You should know that by now.
  • Shaggy: Yes, sir. I'm sorry, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: When Shaggy arrived at the docks, King Bowser Koopa looked down on him.
  • Bowser: My, my, Shaggy. I expect you'll have some fishy tales to tell. But take my advice, have a long hosedown first.
  • Alec Baldwin: But there was worse to come.
  • Boy 1: Look! They've caught all this fish and a green whale too.
  • Boy 2: It's not a whale, it's a monster.
  • Alec Baldwin: Shaggy was most upset. Ash now felt sorry for Shaggy.
  • Ash: Come on. Your driver says it's time for a nice washdown. Then you'll feel much better.
  • Alec Baldwin: And Shaggy did.
  • Shaggy: I'm sorry I was rude to you, Ash.
  • Ash: That's all right. But can you smell something?
  • Shaggy: W-W-What?
  • Ash: Fresh air.
  • Shaggy: Oh yes.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Shaggy happily.

Feather Bother

  • Alec Baldwin: Bumpty and Raphael are quarry animals. They are birds. They played together, they shunt Beedrill together. They even get up to naughtyness together. Wherever you find Bumpty, you will find Raphael. Wherever you find Raphael, you will find Bumpty. Steven had come to inspect his quarry characters. He found that Mel and Bumpty were in fine working order.
  • Steven: Unfortunately, Raphael.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven said.
  • Steven: Your feathers are fallen. You must report to the engine works inmediately for a new set of buffers. Mel, you will have to work with Bumpty until Raphael returns.
  • Mel: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Mel and Steven drove away. Raphael was happy.
  • Raphael: I'm going to get new feathers!
  • Alec Baldwin: He gloated to Bumpty.
  • Bumpty: Well I should get new feathers too.
  • Alec Baldwin: Bumpty complained.
  • Bumpty: We're twins. We do everything together.
  • Raphael: But you don't need new feathers.
  • Alec Baldwin: Raphael teased.
  • Bumpty: You're getting new feathers because you're getting clumsy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Bumpty enviously.
  • Raphael: No I'm not!
  • Bumpty: Yes you are!
  • Raphael: No I'm not!
  • Bumpty: Yes you are!
  • Mel: Will you two stop being crackpots?
  • Alec Baldwin: Mel scolded.
  • Mel: Now come on, Bumpty, we've got work to do.
  • Alec Baldwin: Raphael couldn't wait to get new feathers. Later, Bumpty watched as Raphael chuffed away to the engine works. He was green with envy, he wanted new feathers too. Bumpty returned to his job but he wasn't thinking about work. All he could think about was Raphael's new feathers.
  • Bumpty: Ooh!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Bumpty.
  • Bumpty: (sneezes)
  • Mel: Be careful.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Mel.
  • Mel: And stop thinking about Raphael's new feathers.
  • Alec Baldwin: Bumpty tried thinking about birds, he tried thinking about trees, he tried thinking about anything but Raphael and his brand new feathers. But it didn't work.
  • Bumpty: I want new feathers too!
  • Alec Baldwin: He cried.
  • Mel: Just be happy you're in good working order.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Mel.
  • Bumpty: It's not fair!
  • Alec Baldwin: Bumpty huffed and he wheeshed soot all over Mel.
  • Mel: Bumpty!
  • Alec Baldwin: Gasped Mel.
  • Bumpty: Oops, sorry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Bumpty. Bumpty tried his best to get with his work. But the Beedrill have spotted a chance for a tease.
  • Beedrill: Poor poor Bumpty, he works, he suffers, while Raphael his twin gets brand new feathers!
  • Bumpty: I might not have new feathers.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Bumpty: But I still know how to biff Beedrill.
  • Mel: No!
  • Alec Baldwin: Mel cried. But it was too late. Raphael puffed into the quarry with his shiny new feathers just in time to hear...
  • Bumpty: Bust my buffers!
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Bumpty.
  • Raphael: I think you have.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raphael. When Steven arrived and saw Bumpty's broken feathers, he was not happy.
  • Steven: You behaved badly Bumpty.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven said.
  • Steven: Do you have anything to say for yourself?
  • Bumpty: Yes, sir. I'm sorry, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Bumpty.
  • Steven: Before you get new feathers.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven continued.
  • Steven: I want you to think what it means to be a responsible reliable character.
  • Bumpty: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Answered Bumpty weakly. After Steven left, Raphael rolled up to Bumpty with his new feathers gleaming.
  • Bumpty: They are nice feathers.
  • Alec Baldwin: Bumpty said.
  • Raphael: Thanks.
  • Alec Baldwin: Raphael said.
  • Raphael: I'm sorry I teased you.
  • Bumpty: That's all right.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Bumpty.
  • Bumpty: I was naughty too.
  • Raphael: Of course you are.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raphael.
  • Raphael: We're twins.

Happy Ever After

  • Alec Baldwin: The characters on the land of YTV love holiday time. Alex was taking some Beedrill to the docks. Freakazoid was working at a field close to the line.
  • Freakazoid: Hello, Alex. Nice day for it, isn't it?
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex was confused.
  • Alex: Nice day for what?
  • Freakazoid: Nora Shepard's daughter is getting married today.
  • Alex: Oh yes. Of course.
  • Alec Baldwin: But when Alex saw Nora Shepard, she was standing by her gate, waving a red flag.
  • Alex's Driver: What's the matter?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked the driver.
  • Nora: I've forgotten about the good luck package for the bride.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex was puzzled.
  • Alex: What's a good luck package?
  • Nora: It must contain something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Can you help please?
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex didn't know how but his driver was determined.
  • Alex's Driver: We'll certainly try.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex had to stop at Kevin's station to take on water.
  • Alex: We've got to find a good luck package. Do you know what that is?
  • Kevin: Oh, yes indeed. Something old, something new...
  • Alex: Something borrowed and something blue.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex cut in.
  • Alex: But where do we find them?
  • Alec Baldwin: Kevin smiled.
  • Kevin: They're probably staring you in your smokebox. Now I had to take a special train. I'm taking guests to the wedding.
  • Alec Baldwin: When Alex arrived at the docks, he looked all around him. Suddenly he saw a Beedrill. It was loaded with a new set of shiny buffers.
  • Alex: Look! Look! There's something new.
  • Alex's Driver: They're quite right, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Alex's Driver: Those buffers are just the ticket. I'll speak to the foreman.
  • Alec Baldwin: He returned shortly.
  • Alex's Driver: Foreman says we can use them and borrow the Beedrill as well. So that's two things we found. Something borrowed and something new.
  • Alex: But what about the other things?
  • Alex's Driver: I'm sure we'll find them too and we best be on our way.
  • Alec Baldwin: As Alex was shunting some Beedrill into a siding, he heard a voice.
  • Jodelle: Hello, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: There was Jodelle Kaye who he and Ash had rescued from scrap.
  • Alex: You're it!
  • Alec Baldwin: Squeaked Alex.
  • Jodelle: I'm what it?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Jodelle.
  • Alex: The something old for the wedding.
  • Alec Baldwin: And then Alex explained.
  • Alex: Now we only had to find something blue. But what and where?
  • Alex's Driver: You'll see.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver. At last, they reached the village where the wedding was to take place. Ahead was an old engine shed.
  • Alex's Driver: What did you think of this, Alex?
  • Alec Baldwin: Laughed his driver.
  • Alex: Well bust my boiler, Ash. What are you doing here?
  • Ash: I've to something blue.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Ash.
  • Alex's Driver: Now, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Alex's Driver: Nora's chosen you to be her special guest.
  • Alec Baldwin: When the bride and groom left the church for the party, Steven adressed everybody.
  • Steven: Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the good luck package. Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. All found by Alex and his crew.
  • Alec Baldwin: The characters whistled and everyone cheered.
  • Bride: Thank you, Ash and thank you, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the bride.
  • Bride: It's the best good luck package ever.
  • Alec Baldwin: And she kissed Alex. Ash laughed as Alex blushed bright red.
  • Alex: I love weddings.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sighed Alex that night.
  • Ash: Did you enjoy your kiss?
  • Alec Baldwin: But Alex was embarrassed and pretended to be asleep.

The World's Strongest Poke Boss

  • Alec Baldwin: The characters on the land of YTV like feeling responsible, reliable and really useful. They worked hard to compete their jobs on time. They don't like confusion and delay. But the troublesome Beedrill delighted mischief and their mischief causes trouble as poor Shaggy found out.
  • Steven: Shaggy has had an accident and been sent for repairs.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Steven.
  • Steven: There are no other characters available. So Ken will help until Shaggy returns.
  • Characters: Yes sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed the characters, but they weren't happy. The characters didn't like Ken he was always being rude and always showing off.
  • Alex: I hope Shaggy's mended soon.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Alex.
  • Ash: He moves more trucks than three Diesels put together.
  • Alec Baldwin: Agreed Ash.
  • Terry: Beedrill are no one's friends.
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed Terry. The next day, Ken was working at the docks.
  • Ken: When Steven sees how good I am.
  • Alec Baldwin: He bragged to the Beedrill.
  • Ken: He'll get rid of steam characters once and for all.
  • Alec Baldwin: This gave the troublesome Beedrill an idea. As Ken was shunting them together, they started to sing.
  • Troublesome Beedrill: (singing) Is that all you can haul, Shaggy loads are longer, is that all you can haul, Shaggy must be stronger.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ken was cross. He was sure to be stronger than Shaggy.
  • Ken: I'll push you all at the same time.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said. The Beedrill giggled.
  • Troublesome Beedrill: (singing) Push us all, that's the longest, push us all, you'll be the strongest.
  • Ken: That's me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Ken.
  • Ken: The world's strongest Poke Boss.
  • Alec Baldwin: And Diesel shunted five Beedrill together, then ten, then fifteen. Soon he had an enormous line of twenty Beedrill.
  • Alex: What's Ken doing?
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Alex.
  • Ash: He thinks he's the world's strongest Poke Boss.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Ash. Ken didn't know the shunters have the brakes on the Beedrill. The troublesome Beedrill knew, but encouraged Ken to push anyway.
  • Troublesome Beedrill: Push, push, push!
  • Alec Baldwin: Ken pushed and he pushed and he pushed, but the Beedrill didn't move. So Ken decided to pull the Beedrill instead.
  • Troublesome Beedrill: (singing) Heave ho, heave ho, you can pull but we wont go.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sang the Beedrill. This made Ken very cross. He pulled and he pulled and he pulled.
  • Ken: Help!
  • (Ken falls into a barge)
  • Ken: Grease and oil!
  • Alec Baldwin: Ken sulked as the trucks laughed and laughed. Steven looked down crossly at Ken.
  • Steven: I thought you would be a proper dockyard diesel, but I was wrong.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Steven: Can you make up for lost time, Shaggy.
  • Shaggy: Oh yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: Shaggy replied happily. He backed up to the Beedrill and the shunters released the brakes. Then Shaggy pulled away as easy as pie. And the characters cheered. Ken was sent home in disgrace, but the characters had learned a lesson.
  • Ash: Even troublesome Beedrill can do you a favor sometime.
  • Alec Baldwin: Chuffed Ash.
  • Alex: Like getting rid of a smelly old Ken.
  • Alec Baldwin: Puffed Alex.

Ash and The Jet Skates

  • Alec Baldwin: Terry is a very proud teenager. He's the fastest teenager on the land of YTV. He loves speeding along his line with the wind blowing across his funnel.
  • Terry's Driver: You've broken the record again.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Terry: I'm the fastest!
  • Alec Baldwin: Boasted Terry. But not all the characters were impressed.
  • Raimundo: Speed isn't everything.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raimuno smugly.
  • Ash: But being reliable and useful is.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Ash.
  • Terry: You slow characters will never understand.
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Terry.
  • Terry: Because you'll never go as fast as me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven arrived with news of a special for Ash.
  • Steven: I want you to collect the jet engine and take it to the airfield.
  • Alex: What's a jet engine?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Alex?
  • Steven: A jet engine goes forward by pushing hot air out of its back.
  • Alec Baldwin: Steven explained.
  • Ash: Just like you blow up a balloon and let it go.
  • Alec Baldwin: Added Ash.
  • Ash: It's very fast.
  • Alec Baldwin: Ash likes making special deliveries for Steven. It makes him feel special. But secretly, he wished he could go as fast as Terry, just once. Ash arrived at the docks, excited to see the jet engine. It was shiny and modern and Ash had never seen anything like it. He couldn't wait to start his journey, but Bowser was taking his time.
  • Ash: Hurry up!
  • Alec Baldwin: Puffed Ash.
  • Ash: This is a special special.
  • Alec Baldwin: Bowser did not like being told what to do especially by a trainer. He became so cranky, that he was careless with his hook. His hook knocked the switch and the switch started the jet engine and the engine began to wind. The wind got louder and louder and louder.
  • Bowser: Uh, oh.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Bowser. Before he could say anything else, the jet engine was rocketing Ash up the track.
  • Ash: Whoa!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Ash. The driver tried to put on the brakes, but Ash couldn't stop.
  • Ash: Whoa boy!
  • Alec Baldwin: The stationmaster called ahead.
  • Signalman: Clear the lines, it's a runaway train!
  • Alec Baldwin: Signals were changed and points were switched. Ash had never been so exciting. Ash flew by Raimundo and rocketed past Shaggy and raced by Alex. They were amazed. Sonic was excited when he saw Ash flying down the track.
  • Sonic: Want a race, Ash?
  • Alec Baldwin: Beeped Sonic.
  • Sonic: Ah, never mind.
  • Alec Baldwin: No one had ever seen a trainer go so fast. Terry had no idea that Ash racing along the main line.
  • Terry: I am the fastest.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Terry proudly.
  • Ash: Hi Terry, bye Terry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Terry could not believe what he had seen. At last, the jet engine ran out of fuel and Ash was back under his own power. He steamed gently back into Knapford Station.
  • Ash: Sorry for overtaking you back there, Terry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Teased Ash.
  • Terry: Overtake me? I didn't notice.
  • Alec Baldwin: Terry huffed.
  • Shaggy: You didn't notice the fastest engine on the land of YTV?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Shaggy.
  • Ash: Yes, I am the fastest.
  • Alec Baldwin: Puffed Ash. Alex felt a little sorry for Terry.
  • Alex: Terry doesn't have to go as fast as a jet engine. He's a teenager.
  • Raimundo: But he's still full of hot air.
  • Alec Baldwin: Whistled Raimundo and Terry wheeshed away.

Horrid Wolfpack Boy

  • Alec Baldwin: It was a busy time at the university. All the characters were working hard, pushing and pulling Beedrill about. One day, Alex was late. King Bowser Koopa was quick to critisize.
  • Bowser: These ships can't be kept waiting. They have important cargo. If they miss the tides, they will be delayed at the docks. You should look up to the ships and show more respect. You are after all only little.
  • Alex: We've got too much work.
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed Alex.
  • Bowser: Then perhaps a wolfpack boy should do the job.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex was shocked. He told the other characters what Bowser had said.
  • Raimundo: Stuff and nonsense!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Raimundo.
  • Shaggy: We characters rerun this island.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Shaggy.
  • Alex: What if a wolfpack does arrive?
  • Alec Baldwin: I'm afraid he did. Along with two more. Bowser was delighted.
  • Bowser: Hey you down there. Your jobs done now. These wolfpacks are taking over. One of them wants to talk to you.
  • Alec Baldwin: The wolfpack was very rude.
  • Sam: What's that steaming lump of scrap iron doing here? Be off with you!
  • Alex: Scrap iron? Steaming scrap iron? Pah!
  • Alec Baldwin: A little later, Alex met Ash and Raimundo. Another wolfpack was being rude to them. Then he saw Rikochet.
  • Vin: Oh, look. It's a little green goblin on wheels. Ha! You'd be scrapped. Just you wait and see.
  • Ash: Well, bust my boiler. What a horrid wolfpack boy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Explained Ash.
  • Raimundo: Despicable!
  • Alec Baldwin: Agreed Raimundo. The next character to meet a wolfpack was Jackie.
  • Sam: Well, well, well. No wonder this railway's a mess. You belong into this museum, not working at the quarry.
  • Jackie: I might look old, but I'm really useful.
  • Sam: Useful? Pah!
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the wolfpack.
  • Sam: Just you toodle off.
  • Jackie: Toodle?!
  • Alec Baldwin: Spluttered Jackie.
  • Jackie's Driver: Come on, Jackie.
  • Alec Baldwin: Interrupted his driver.
  • Jackie's Driver: Don't bother to argue with him. We'll go to the flour mill instead.
  • Alec Baldwin: But when they arrived at the flour mill, Jackie was shocked to see yet another wolfpack.
  • Jackie: What are you doing here?
  • Flan: We three are doing your work now. You're too slow.
  • Alec Baldwin: The foreman spoke to Jackie's driver.
  • Foreman: I'm sorry. Times are changing I'm afraid.
  • Jackie's Driver: Jackie might me old.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied his driver.
  • Jackie's Driver: But he's reliable. Come on, Jackie. We'll go to the farms. They'll still use us.
  • Alec Baldwin: Jackie trundled sadly away. His railway ran through a narrow gorge. But vehicles had take a steep and dangerous road. When Jackie arrived, he saw the wolfpack from the quarry again. It was loaded with rock.
  • Jackie: That wolfpack's in trouble.
  • Alec Baldwin: Thought Jackie. And he was.
  • (Sam falls down the gorge and towards the ground leaving Jackie speechless)
  • Alec Baldwin: The driver was thrown clear.
  • Driver: Rotten roads.
  • Alec Baldwin: He muttered. The wrecked wolfpack was taking to the docks. Alex looked at the wolfpack.
  • Alex: What's this lump of steaming scrap iron?
  • Alec Baldwin: He teased.
  • Sam: I'll be back.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the wolfpack.
  • Sam: So you can wipe that silly smile off your smokebox.
  • Alex: Ha!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Alex and wheeshed him loudly. Then Martin Mystery arrived. He towing the wolfpack from the flour mill.
  • Jackie's Driver: What happened?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Jackie's driver.
  • Cander: He was overloaded with flour.
  • Alec Baldwin: Cander replied.
  • Cander: And he broke down.
  • Jackie: Not very useful now are you?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Jackie.
  • Wolfpack Boys: Grr!
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the wolfpack boys. Then Raimundo whistled excitedly.
  • Raimundo: They're bringing in the third wolfpack on a barge. What happened to that one?
  • Alec Baldwin: Raimundo asked.
  • Tow Truck Man: Stupid wolfpack was reversing and fell straight into the sea.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the Tow Truck Man. Later, Ash arrived. He looked at the three wolfpacks and laughed.
  • Ash: Well, well, well. The brothers grimm. Smashed, broken and sunk.
  • Alec Baldwin: The wolfpacks didn't return, and the characters now work even harder to make sure they'll ever learn.

Jack Frost

  • Alec Baldwin: It was an icy day on the land of YTV. The characters were working very hard. They didn't mind the cold because they had toasting hot fireboxes to keep them warm. That evening, Steven came to the sheds.
  • Steven: There's a big freeze coming tonight.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Steven: Raimundo and Alex are to deliver extra coal to the stations.
  • Raimundo and Alex: Yes, sir.
  • Alec Baldwin: They said eagerly and Steven drove away.
  • Ash: You better hurry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Teased Ash.
  • Ash: Or scary Jack Frost might get you.
  • Alex: Who's Jack Frost?
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex whistled nervously.
  • Raimundo: Don't be so silly.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sniffed Raimundo.
  • Raimundo: Jack Frost is not scary.
  • Ash: Yes he is.
  • Alec Baldwin: Teased Ash.
  • Ash: He's all white with a big spiky face.
  • Raimundo: Rubbish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Raimundo. Raimundo knew Jack Frost wasn't scary, but poor Alex wasn't so sure. Alex shivered.
  • Alex: Jack Frost is not scary, Jack Frost is not scary, Jack Frost is not scary.
  • Alec Baldwin: Meanwhile, Raimundo puffed along his route.
  • Raimundo: Silly Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: He thought.
  • Raimundo: All steamed up over Jack Frost.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex made his last delivery. The stationmaster was very pleased to see him.
  • Stationmaster: Oh, Alex.
  • Alec Baldwin: He cried.
  • Stationmaster: We need twice as much coal to last through this freeze.
  • Alex: Don't worry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex said.
  • Alex: This is my last stop, you can have mine.
  • Alec Baldwin: So Alex's driver parked him in a siding with only a lantern for company.
  • Alex: Do you think scary Jack Frost will find me?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Alex.
  • Alex's Driver: Jack Frost not scary.
  • Alec Baldwin: Chuckled his driver.
  • Alex's Driver: And don't worry, Malinda will bring you some more coal in the morning.
  • Alec Baldwin: And then his driver and fireman went home to bed. Late at night, the icy wind howled. It started to snow. Soon, Alex's face was so cold, an icicle hung from his nose.
  • Alex: Oh, b-b-b-b-bother.
  • Alec Baldwin: Alex stuttered, but it didn't sound like Alex. It was so cold, he could hardly make a sound. At last, Raimundo was on his way back to the sheds. In the fog, he saw shadows and strange and scary shapes.
  • Raimundo: Scary Jack Frost.
  • Alec Baldwin: He whispered nervously.
  • Raimundo: Pah!
  • Alex: Hello, R-R-R-R-Raimundo.
  • Alec Baldwin: Muttered Alex icily.
  • Raimundo: Scary Jack Frost!
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Raimundo and he raced away as fast as his feet could carry him. He didn't stop until he got back to the sheds. The next morning, Malinda brought plenty of coal.
  • Malinda: Oh my dear.
  • Alec Baldwin: Malinda chuffed to Alex.
  • Malinda: It looks like Jack Frost really got you.
  • Alec Baldwin: The firelighter started Alex's fire. Soon, his ice mask melted away.
  • Alex: So scary Jack Frost is only frost.
  • Alec Baldwin: Tooted Alex happily and soon he was as warm as toast. When Alex arrived at the sheds, Raimundo was bragging to the other characters.
  • Raimundo: I saw scary Jack Frost last night.
  • Alec Baldwin: Raimundo huffed.
  • Raimundo: He even knows my name.
  • Alex: He also knows that you ran away.
  • Alec Baldwin: Teased Alex and all the characters whistled including Raimundo. But Alex's was the loudest whistle of all.

Buster and The Roller Coaster

  • Michael Brandon: Buster is a brave little bunny who enjoys working in the school on the land of YTV. Even though he is little, Buster loves feeling like a really useful bunny. One day, Steven came to see Buster.
  • Steven: I have a very important job to do.
  • Michael Brandon: He boomed.
  • Buster: An important job!
  • Michael Brandon: Cried Buster.
  • Buster: Oh, thank you sir.
  • Steven: You are to take some school children up into the mountains. You must make sure they have a wonderful time and are back in time for their lunch.
  • Buster: Yes, sir.
  • Michael Brandon: Said Buster. But he was worried. He wasn't sure he was good enough to make the trip special. When Buster arrived at the station, the children and the teacher were waiting on the platform.
  • Buster: How am I going to make the children's day really special?
  • Michael Brandon: He said to Casey.
  • Casey: You know the mountains better than any character.
  • Michael Brandon: Said Casey. But Buster wasn't sure his best will be exciting enough. He felt like a very little bunny indeed. Steven had told Buster's driver to point out all the beautiful sights along the way.
  • Buster's Driver: This is YTV Castle.
  • Michael Brandon: Called his driver.
  • Buster's Driver: It is very special and important.
  • Michael Brandon: Buster saw the castle everyday. He didn't think it was special or important.
  • Buster: I must think of something exciting to do.
  • Michael Brandon: He thought to himself.
  • Buster's Driver: This is the valley view.
  • Michael Brandon: Said his driver.
  • Buster's Driver: And here's the viaduct.
  • Children: (gasp)
  • Michael Brandon: Buster was still unhappy. The trip didn't seem wonderful to him at all.
  • Buster: Must be special! Must be special.
  • Michael Brandon: He thought. Meanwhile, Casey was working on the rocky ridge line. Heavy rains have washed the ground from under the road.
  • Foreman: These lines are too bumpy and uneven.
  • Michael Brandon: Said the foreman.
  • Foreman: The track must be closed for repairs.
  • Buster: Must be special. Must be special.
  • Michael Brandon: Buster was still trying to think of something that will make the children's trip special. He didn't know the linesmen have forgotten to switch the points. Suddenly, Buster was on the wrong track.
  • Buster: Oh no! This track is closed for repairs. Bust my buffers!
  • Michael Brandon: Chuffed Buster.
  • Casey: Be careful!
  • Michael Brandon: Cried Casey.
  • Casey: The tracks are very bumpy!
  • Michael Brandon: Buster wooshed down the mountain like a roller coaster. The children cheered. Buster puffed up the rocky ridge with all his might. His coach clattered and bumped and bounced along behind. And the children oooed and aaaed. Buster huffed and puffed as hard as he could. He steamed across the trestle bridge. He was going so fast the teacher nearly lost her hat. Buster splashed under a waterfall, the children laughed happily and the teacher covered her eyes. At last, they could see the station. Buster was very tired and worried.
  • Buster: What will Steven say?
  • Teacher: Phew!
  • Michael Brandon: Said the teacher.
  • Teacher: Just in time for lunch.
  • Children: It was the best school trip ever!
  • Michael Brandon: Cried the children. Steven wasn't cross with Buster, he was happy too.
  • Steven: You gave the children a wonderful trip. You really are a very useful bunny.
  • Buster: Oh, thank you sir!
  • Michael Brandon: Puffed Buster proudly. Buster didn't feel like a little bunny anymore.
  • (Children cheer)

Faulty Air Horns

  • Alec Baldwin: It was early morning on the land of YTV. Buzz was waiting for Froggo who was bringing some Beedrill for him to take to Strawberry Grove. Buzz was also to take Edgar Philips and the new organ. While they waited, Edgar played a lively tune. Froggo had steamed all through the night to bring Buzz his wagons. But as he approached the junction, a low hanging branch knocked his whistle off. This meant he couldn't work until he got a new one.
  • Froggo: I can't run on the tracks without my whistle.
  • Alec Baldwin: Chuffed Froggo.
  • Froggo: That would be dangerous.
  • Buzz: A character's not a character without a whistle.
  • Alec Baldwin: Boasted Buzz and just to prove it, he let off a big blast. But the rest of the characters just ignored him. Buzz chuffed away in a big huff. He was cross.
  • Buzz: They're jealous of my fine whistle.
  • Alec Baldwin: Buzz puffed as he steamed through the countryside. He whistled at some sheep. They were too busy eating grass to take notice.
  • Buzz: Bah!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Buzz.
  • Buzz: I need to whistle louder and longer next time.
  • Alec Baldwin: Soon, Buzz approached the level crossing where Malinda Doe waited with a farmer's prized bull. This time, Buzz as loud and as long as he could.
  • Bull: (roars)
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the bull.
  • Malinda: Stop that nonsense, Buzz.
  • Alec Baldwin: Malinda called. Buzz carried on cheerfully down the track. But he hadn't noticed his whistle had come loose. Then, Buzz saw Freakazoid plowing a field.
  • Buzz: He'll get the loudest and longest whistle yet.
  • Alec Baldwin: He chortled to himself. And he blew so hard, his whistle shot off like a mighty rocket and landed out of sight. Everyone searched for Buzz's whistle but it was nowhere to be seen.
  • Driver: We're stuck.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Driver: We can't move without a whistle. It would be too dangerous.
  • Edgar: Leave it to me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Edgar said. For the rest of the day, Buzz didn't make a sound. But Edgar's organ did. As Buzz delivered his Beedrill, Edgar tooted the organ at every crossing and every stop. It alerted everyone just as a whistle would. Although Buzz didn't think so. Finally Buzz finished delivering the last of his Beedrill.
  • (She'll Be Coming Round The Mountain playing on organ)
  • Alec Baldwin: Buzz steamed quietly back to the junction as Edgar played the organ.
  • Casey: Look.
  • Alec Baldwin: Casey teased.
  • Casey: It's Buzz the musical character.
  • Buster: Let's whistle along.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Buster.
  • Rikochet: (whistles)
  • Alec Baldwin: Whistled Rikochet. But Froggo who had a shiny new whistle felt sorry for Buzz.
  • Froggo: You really did well to deliver your goods without a whistle.
  • Alec Baldwin: He said.
  • Buzz: Did you think so?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Buzz cheering up a bit.
  • Froggo: Absolutely.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Froggo.
  • Froggo: Even though an engine's not an engine without a whistle.
  • Edgar: Or an organ.
  • Alec Baldwin: Chuckled Edgar and he tooted the organ. And all the characters tooted back except Buzz, who just grinned.
