(we open up and see Barney helping Mr. Conductor (RS) and his cousin (GC) fix Mr. Conductor (GC)'s Whistle)
Barney: (finishes fixing) Here we go, Mr. Conductor.
Mr. Conductor (GC): Thanks.
Mr. Conductor (RS): So, what about Carlos?
Barney: Well, he and Kara are having a conversation, I'll go tell BJ and Riff. See ya later.
The Conductor Cousins: See ya later.
(fade to BJ and Riff at the station dining room)
BJ: I brought Sissy a new digger.
Riff: I see.
Barney: Hi BJ. Hi Riff.
BJ & Riff: Hi Barney.
Barney: Have you seen Baby Bop?
BJ: She is right here, playing Super Mario 64.
Baby Bop: Hi Barney.
(the kids arrive)
Carlos: So, is Baby Boo's bulldozer a real one?
BJ: I'll go and test it. (trips down the two stairs and falls) Whoops!
Barney: Are you alright, BJ?
BJ: Yes, Barney.
Kara: Be careful next time.
BJ: I will Kara. (goes to test Baby Bop's bulldozer)
Barney: This reminds me of the time James had an accident with tar wagons. I'll tell you about it. (blows his train whistle and steam fills up the room, and James In A Mess) Toby and Henriatta are enjoying their new job on the Island of Sodor. But they do look old fashioned and do need new paint. James was very rude when he saw them.
James: Bleach! What dirty objects?!
Barney: He would say. At least Toby lost patience.
Toby: James, why are you red?
James: I am a splendid engine.
Barney: Awnsered James.
James: Ready for anything, you'll never see my red paint dirty!
Barney: Said Toby.
Toby: That reminds me of bootlaces to be ready I suppose.
Barney: I am sorry to say this, but James felt redder than ever and snorted off. It's such to he an insult to be reminded of the time bootlaces had to be used to mend a hole in his coaches. (giggles) At the end of the line, James left his coaches and got ready for his next train. It was a slow freight, stopping at every station to pick up and set down cars. James hated slow freight trains.
James: Dirty freight cars and dirty sidings. Bleach!
Barney: Starting with a few, he picked up more and more cars at each station, till he had a long train. At first, the freight cars behaved well, but James bumped them so crossly that they were determined to pay him back. Presently they approached the top of Gordon's Hill. Heavy freight trains halt here to set their brakes. James has had an accident with freight cars before and should have remembered this.
James' Driver: Wait James, wait!
Barney: Said the driver. But James didn't wait, he was too busy thinking about what he said Toby Whrn they next met. Then it happened, the freight cars' chance had come.
Freight Cars: Hurrah! Hurrah!
Barney: They laughed, and banging their buffers, they pushed James down the hill!
Freight Cars: On on on!
Barney: Yelled the cars.
James: I've got to stop! I've got to stop!
Barney: Groaned James. Through the station they thundered, disaster lay ahead! (CRASH!) Something sticky splashed all over James.
