Diagnosis: Stage IV DSRCT. Three large masses in abdomen and possible lymph nodes involvment. One tumor was 10 x 6.

Chemotherapy.

First Line: P6 Protocol - Cytoxan (Cyclophosphamide); Adriamycin (Doxorubicin); Vincristine;

Ifosfamide and Etoposide (VP-16);

Second Line: Combination of Adriamycin (Doxorubicin) and Ifosfamide

Surgery

Removed the main tumor and a number of smaller nodules in peritoneum. Biopsy revealed tumor necrosis. All visible tumors removed.
