Chemotherapy

Vincristine, Doxorubicin, Cyclophosphamide, Etoposide, Ifosfamide

Surgery

1. Removed 60% of pancreas, 10% of stomach, a blood vessel, and 50 smaller tumors.
2. Total hysterectomy, and to reroute drains. Now draining on the inside from pancreas to large intestine.
3. Debulking -Removed one fist size tumor and five smaller ones.

Clinical Trial

Phase II - AP23573

Receives 12.5 mg daily for 5 days every other week. The side affects encountered are high sugar, edema, and high cholesterol.

Rapamycin Analog On orphan and fast track status for the treatment of soft-tissue and bone sarcomas. FDA approved.
