[edit] Origins
This game is a spin-off of the very popular game Freeze.
[edit] Setup
This is an arch game. It starts with two persons and a suggestion from the audience. This games humor is pulled from dialogue and physical humor, such as position.
[edit] Necessary Equipment
None.
[edit] Performers
Five or more. This game has been played with well over ten performers.
[edit] Leaving the Room
Leaving the room is unnecessary.
[edit] Audience Suggestions
The Audience only suggests the basis of the very first scene.
[edit] Rules
The back arch does not watch the performance. After obtaining the initial suggestion, the starting performers continue until one member of the back arch calls freeze. At that time, the performers freeze, and the caller from the back arch taps out a member and assumes the exact position as the performer he tapped out. Out of that, a new scene is born. The tapped out player goes back to the arch, and this continues on till the scene is called by the host.
[edit] Traditions
When the new scene starts, the player fresh from the arch generally starts the new scene. Freeze is called either immediately after a great punch line or as a scene dwindles and the game may need saving. Scene is called in a similar manner.
