Surgery
- Removed a 2cm tumor next to upper left colon.
- Removed 8" of colon and lots of surrounding tissue and lymph nodes.
Chemotherapy 1
- One cycle - Vincristine, Doxorubucin, Ifosfomide, Mesna
Chemotherapy 2 (after relapse)
- Doxorubicin 41 mg - 3-day continuous pump in
- Ifosfomide 16,400 mg - 3 hour bolus infusion each day
over 4 days
- Vincristine 2 mg - infusion on day one only
- Sorafenib
