  • (We open this episode with the Britt Allcroft Presents logo)
  • (Then we see the Thomas and Friends Season 6 intro)
  • (After that, we begin the character introduction)
  • Alec Baldwin: Thomas is a really useful engine. Here's Percy. He is a very happy engine. James is a magnificent engine. Gordon is the most fastest engine on the Island of Sodor. Henry is long and fast. Here's Edward always here to help. Toby is a different engine. He's a tram engine.
  • (A passing by sequence occurs and we begin Bulls Eyes)
  • George Carlin: Toby the Tram Engine has cowcatcher and sideplates. They helped to prevent animals from getting hurt if they should stray onto the line. Daisy thought Toby's fenders were silly.
  • Daisy: You're afraid of getting hurt yourself.
  • George Carlin: She flounced.
  • Toby: I'm not.
  • George Carlin: Huffed Toby.
  • Daisy: Yes you are. I don't have stupid cowcatchers but I'm not frightened. I just toot and they all go away.
  • Toby: But they don't.
  • George Carlin: Said Toby.
  • Daisy: They would with me. Animals always run if you toot and look them in the eye.
  • Toby: Even bulls?
  • Daisy: Even bulls.
  • George Carlin: Said Daisy. Daisy had never met a bull but she purred away quite unconcerned. She tooted at a farm crossing and the horse and cart halted while she went by.
  • Daisy: Huh!
  • George Carlin: She said.
  • Daisy: It's easy. I just toot and they all stand aside. Poor little Toby. I'm sorry he's frightened.
  • George Carlin: At the next station, a policeman was waiting.
  • Policeman: There's a bull on the line.
  • George Carlin: He warned.
  • Policeman: Please persuade it to return to the farmer.
  • George Carlin: Daisy was excited.
  • Daisy: Now...
  • George Carlin: She thought.
  • Daisy: ...I'll show Toby how to manage bulls.
  • George Carlin: Champion isn't really a fierce bull, but this morning he was cross. He'd strayed from his field, crashed through a fence, slithered down a slope and now he didn't know where he was. Suddenly, he saw some grass.
  • Champion: Now for my breakfast.
  • George Carlin: He thought.
  • Daisy: Oooh!
  • George Carlin: Tooted Daisy.
  • Daisy: Go on.
  • George Carlin: Champion was too busy chomping to take any notice.
  • Daisy: Ooh!
  • George Carlin: Said Daisy again. Champion kept grazing.
  • Daisy: This is all wrong.
  • George Carlin: Said Daisy.
  • Daisy: How can I look him in the eye if he wont turn around.
  • George Carlin: At last he did.
  • Champion: Moo!
  • George Carlin: Said Champion.
  • Daisy: Oo, oh, uh!
  • George Carlin: Murmured Daisy.
  • Daisy: Why doesn't he run away?
  • Daisy's Driver: Go on, Daisy.
  • George Carlin: Said her driver.
  • Daisy's Driver: He's harmless.
  • Daisy: Yes.
  • George Carlin: Said Daisy unhappily.
  • Daisy: You know he's harmless and I know he's harmless. But does he know. Look at his horns if i bump into him he might hurt, me uh, them. Uh, the farmer wouldn't like that.
  • George Carlin: Champion sniffed at Daisy.
  • (Champion starts sniffing)
  • Daisy: Ugh!
  • George Carlin: Said Daisy and that was that. Daisy did no more. Toby was bemused and amused to see her back in the station so soon.
  • Toby: Bulls always run if you toot and look them in the eye. Eh, Daisy?
  • George Carlin: Daisy stayed silent.
  • Toby: Ah, well.
  • George Carlin: Continued Toby.
  • Toby: We can live and learn. I better chase him away for you I suppose.
  • George Carlin: He clanked away to find Champion. Toby's bell rang and his whistle sounded but Champion took no notice. Then Toby whooshed loudly. That did the trick. Toby whooshed a little more and now breakfast over. Champion chuntered away to join the farmer. Daisy was feeling exhausted. She was glad when her day's work was over. Some boys were on the platform.
  • Boy: Look, Daisy.
  • George Carlin: One teased.
  • Boy: I've got some sweets. They're called Bulls Eyes. I like them do you.
  • Daisy: Ah, keep your old bulls eyes.
  • George Carlin: And Daisy scuttled to her shed.
  • (Another passing by sequence occurs and we begin Really Useful Engine)
  • Children: (singing) He's a really useful engine you know. All the other engines they'll tell you so. He huffs and puffs and whistles, rushing to and fro. He's a really useful engine we adore! He's the one, he's the one. He's a really useful engine that we adore. He's the one. He's the number one, Thomas the Tank Engine. He's a really useful engine you know. Cause the Fat Controller, he told him so. Now he's got a branch line to call his very own. He's a really useful engine we adore! He's the one, he's the one. He's a really useful engine that we adore. He's the one. He's the number one, Thomas the Tank Engine. Little blue train, he's always there whenever you need a hand. If you need help with a situation who comes into mind. He's the one, he's the one. He's a really useful engine that we adore. He's the one. He's the number one, Thomas the Tank Engine. He's a really useful engine you know. Maybe little, but he's never slow. Stand back in amazement, just you watch him go. He's a really useful engine we adore! He's the one, he's the one. He's a really useful engine that we adore. He's the one. He's the number one, Thomas the Tank Engine. He's the really useful engine we adore!
  • (Another passing by sequence occurs and we begin Happy Ever After)
  • Alec Baldwin: The engines on the Island of Sodor loved holiday time. Percy was taking some freight cars to the docks. Terence the Tractor was working at a field close to the line.
  • Terence: Hello, Percy. Nice day for it, isn't it?
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy was confused.
  • Percy: Nice day for what?
  • Terence: Mrs. Kyndley's daughter is getting married today.
  • Percy: Oh yes. Of course.
  • Alec Baldwin: But when Percy saw Mrs. Kyndley, she was standing by her gate, waving a red flag.
  • Percy's Driver: What's the matter?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked the driver.
  • Mrs. Kyndley: I've forgotten about the good luck package for the bride.
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy was puzzled.
  • Percy: What's a good luck package?
  • Mrs. Kyndley: It must contain something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Can you help please?
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy didn't know how but his driver was determined.
  • Percy's Driver: We'll certainly try.
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy had to stop at Edward's station to take on water.
  • Percy: We've got to find a good luck package. Do you know what that is?
  • Edward: Oh, yes indeed. Something old, something new...
  • Percy: Something borrowed and something blue.
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy cut in.
  • Percy: But where do we find them?
  • Alec Baldwin: Edward smiled.
  • Edward: They're probably staring you in your smokebox. Now I had to take a special train. I'm taking guests to the wedding.
  • Alec Baldwin: When Percy arrived at the docks, he looked all around him. Suddenly he saw a freight car. It was loaded with a new set of shiny buffers.
  • Percy: Look! Look! There's something new.
  • Percy's Driver: They're quite right, Percy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Percy's Driver: Those buffers are just the ticket. I'll speak to the foreman.
  • Alec Baldwin: He returned shortly.
  • Percy's Driver: Foreman says we can use them and borrow the freight car as well. So that's two things we found. Something borrowed and something new.
  • Percy: But what about the other things?
  • Percy's Driver: I'm sure we'll find them too and we best be on our way.
  • Alec Baldwin: As Percy was shunting some freight cars into a siding, he heard a voice.
  • Old Slowcoach: Hello, Percy.
  • Alec Baldwin: There was Old Slowcoach who he and Thomas had rescued from scrap.
  • Percy: You're it!
  • Alec Baldwin: Squeaked Percy.
  • Old Slowcoach: I'm what it?
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the coach.
  • Percy: The something old for the wedding.
  • Alec Baldwin: And then Percy explained.
  • Percy: Now we only had to find something blue. But what and where?
  • Percy's Driver: You'll see.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver. At last, they reached the village where the wedding was to take place. Ahead was an old engine shed.
  • Percy's Driver: What did you think of this, Percy?
  • Alec Baldwin: Laughed his driver.
  • Percy: Well bust my boiler, Thomas. What are you doing here?
  • Thomas: I've to something blue.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Thomas.
  • Percy's Driver: Now, Percy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Percy's Driver: Mrs. Kyndley's chosen you to be her special guest.
  • Alec Baldwin: When the bride and groom left the church for the party, Sir Topham Hatt addressed everybody.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the good luck package. Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. All found by Percy and his crew.
  • Alec Baldwin: The engines whistled and everyone cheered.
  • Bride: Thank you, Thomas and thank you, Percy.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the bride.
  • Bride: It's the best good luck package ever.
  • Alec Baldwin: And she kissed Percy. Thomas laughed as Percy blushed bright red.
  • Percy: I love weddings.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sighed Percy that night.
  • Thomas: Did you enjoy your kiss?
  • Alec Baldwin: But Percy was embarrassed and pretended to be asleep.
  • (Another passing by sequence occurs and we begin Gone Fishing)
  • Children: (singing) Sometimes it's nice to take some time out. Do what you really want to do. Just to relax and let the world fly by you. Forget your worry, no need to hurry. Just leave a sign to say... Gone fishing, gone fishing. It's a sunny old day and you're on your way, Gone fishing. Gone fishing, Gone fishing. It's a sunny old day and you're on your way. Why don't we all go fishing? You drop your line down to the river, Waiting to see what you can find. Whatever life has to offer you. You know you'll take it, stand up and face it, Smiling along the way. Gone fishing, gone fishing. It's a sunny old day and you're on your way, Gone fishing. Gone fishing, Gone fishing. It's a sunny old day and you're on your way. Why don't we all go fishing? There's nothing better on a sunny day, When all your work is done. Throw down your line, settle down. • (Another passing by sequence occurs and we begin Toad Stands By)
  • George Carlin: Oliver had been to the works to be mended. Some troublesome cars tricked him, and the great western engine fell into the turntable well. Now Oliver was as good as new, be he was still worried about cars.
  • Oliver: I rather not used them.
  • George Carlin: He puffed to himself. But the cars sang songs rude and loud. Scruffey, their leader, led the chorus.
  • Cars and Scruffey: Oliver's no use at all, thinks he's very clever, says that he can manage us, that's the best joke ever, when he orders us about, with the greatest folly, we just pushed him down the well, Pop Goes Old Ollie!
  • George Carlin: Thomas, Duck and Percy were shocked.
  • Thomas: Be quiet!
  • George Carlin: They ordered, but they couldn't be anywhere, and everywhere they went, the cars began again.
  • Cars: Oliver's no use at all, thinks he's very clever, says that he can manage us, that's the best joke ever!
  • George Carlin: At last the engines gave up.
  • Thomas: We're sorry, Oliver.
  • George Carlin: They said.
  • Oliver: It's really my fault.
  • George Carlin: Said Oliver sadly.
  • Oliver: I shouldn't fallen into the turntable well.
  • George Carlin: Toad the break van felt sorry for Oliver too. Next morning, he spoke to Douglas.
  • Toad: I'm worried, Mr. Douglas. This disrespect for engines. Where's it going to end?
  • Douglas: Who knows?
  • George Carlin: Sighed Douglas.
  • Toad: I've got a plan, Mr. Douglas. May I stay here tonight and help Mr. Oliver? We're both Great Western, and must stand together.
  • Douglas: Certainly, Toad.
  • George Carlin: Replied Douglas and puffed away. Soon, Toad was explaining his plan.
  • Duck: Goodness gracious, Toad. I don't think you should suggest such a thing to Oliver.
  • George Carlin: But Oliver interrupted.
  • Oliver: No, Duck, Toad's right. It's really my fault. I must put this trouble right.
  • Toad: I meant no disrespect you understand.
  • Oliver: Of course not, Toad. Anywhere, driver says the same and he's arranged with the stationmaster.
  • Duck: Very well, Oliver.
  • George Carlin: Conceded Duck.
  • Duck: But I must hurry. My passengers will be waiting. Good luck.
  • Oliver: So long.
  • George Carlin: Smiled Oliver bravely, but he felt dreadfully nervous inside. Oliver marshalled with the worst cars two by two.
  • Toad: That's the way, Mr. Oliver.
  • George Carlin: Whispered Toad.
  • Toad: And if you hadn't leave Scruffey till last, then you'll have him behind you. You can bump him if he starts his nonsense.
  • Scruffey: Hold back, hold back!
  • George Carlin: Whispered Scruffey.
  • Scruffey: And pass the word to the others.
  • George Carlin: The silly cars giggled, but Oliver knew what to do. There was plenty of sand on the rails and his wheels gripped splendidly. He gave a great heave.
  • Scruffey: Ooh!
  • George Carlin: Groaned Scruffey.
  • Scruffey: I don't like this!
  • Duck: Go on!
  • George Carlin: Yelled Duck.
  • Duck: Well done, boy, well done!
  • Scruffey: Oh!
  • George Carlin: Wailed Scruffey.
  • Scruffey: I'm coming apart!
  • (Scruffey breaks himself apart)
  • George Carlin: And he did. Then there was trouble.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Well, Oliver, so you don't know your own strength, is that it?
  • Oliver: (stuttering) N-N-No, sir.
  • George Carlin: Said-said Oliver nervously. Sir Topham Hatt inspected Scruffey.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: As I thought. Rotten wood rusty frames. Maybe if we put you back together, you'll learn yourself a better name.
  • George Carlin: Nowadays, Oliver only takes freight cars when the other engines were busy. But they always quick to warn each other.
  • Cars: Take care with Mr. Oliver. If you play tricks on him, you'll never be the same car again!
  • George Carlin: Scruffey has learned his lesson and says nothing at all.
