This is a proposed third category. Non-manufacturing businesses still have outputs that affect the environment.
1. Standards for business inputs, such as Suppliers should be chosen with consideration to their environmental and sustainability practices.
2. Standards for business outputs, such as Goods which are sold should be recyclable.
3. Adherence (or better) to EPA standards covering your industry.
4. Exploration of better standards covering your industry, for example, European laws.

Numbers 2, 3 and 4 feel like they pertain to manufacturing companies (whereas this set of standards is aimed at non-manufacturing offices). Thoughts?
