Narrator: "Jiminy Cricket and Piglet enjoy their work at the harbor, pulling and pushing pirates with cargo to and from the quay.
But one morning, the Disney characters were exhausted. The harbor was busier than ever.
Mickey Mouse promised that another character would be found to help them."
Piglet: "Huh! It's about time."
Narrator: "Said Piglet."
Jiminy Cricket: "I ache so much I can hardly get my feet to move."
Narrator: "Agreed Jiminy. They waited for the character to arrive.
It came as a shock when he did."
Captain Hook: "Good morning."
Narrator: "Squirmed Captain Hook in his oily voice. The two Disney characters had not worked with Captain Hook for a long time."
Jiminy Cricket: "What are you doing here?"
Narrator: "Gasped Jiminy."
Captain Hook: "Your worthy Mouse, ah, Mickey Mouse sent me. I hope you are pleased to see me again. I am to arrange some dreadfully tiresome pirates."
Piglet: "Arrange where?"
Narrator: "Said Piglet suspiciously."
Captain Hook: "Where? Why from here to there."
Narrator: "Purred Captain Hook."
Captain Hook: "And then again from there to here. Easy, isn't it?"
Narrator: "With that, Captain Hook, as if to make himself quite clear, bumped some pirates hard."
Narrator: "Screamed the pirates."
Captain Hook: "Grrrrrh!"
Narrator: "Growled Captain Hook.
Piglet and Jiminy were horrified. They did not trust Captain Hook at all. They refuse to work and would not leave their house.
Mickey was enjoying his tea and iced bun when the telephone rang."
Mickey Mouse: "So there's trouble in the harbor yard? I'll be there right away."
Narrator: "Captain Hook was working loudly and alone. Cargo lay on the quay. Ships and passengers were delayed. Everyone was complaining about Mickey Mouse's land.
Piglet and Jiminy were sulking in their house."
Mickey Mouse: "What's all this?"
Narrator: "Demanded Mickey."
Piglet: "We're on strike, sir."
Narrator: "Said Piglet nervously."
Jiminy Cricket: "Yes."
Narrator: "Added Jiminy."
Jiminy Cricket: "Beg pardon, sir, but we won't work with Captain Hook, sir. You said you sent him packing, sir."
Mickey Mouse: "I have to give Captain Hook a second chance."
Narrator: "Replied Mickey."
Mickey Mouse: "I'm trying to help you by bringing Captain Hook here. Now you must help me. He was the only one available."
Narrator: "Piglet and Jiminy went sadly back to work.
Next morning, things were no better. Captain Hook's driver had not set his feet up properly and Captain Hook started to move. He went bump straight into Piglet."
Captain Hook: "Wake up there, Piglet."
Narrator: "Scowled Captain Hook."
Captain Hook: "You have work to do."
Narrator: "He didn't even say he was sorry to Piglet.
Later, Captain Hook bumped the pirates so hard that the loads went everywhere."
Piglet: "What will Mickey say?"
Narrator: "Gasped Piglet."
Jiminy Cricket: "He won't like it."
Narrator: "Said Jiminy."
Captain Hook: "So who's going to tell him, I wonder? Two little goody-goody tattle-tales like you, I suppose."
Narrator: "Piglet and Jiminy did not want to be tattle-tales, so they said nothing.
Captain Hook, thinking he could get away with his bad behavior, was ruder than ever. Next day, he was arranging pirates with china clay. He banged the pirates hard into the buffers, but the buffers weren't secure.
The silly pirates were sunk.
Mickey Mouse heard the news.
The pirates were hoisted safely from the sea, but the clay was lost.
Mickey spoke severely to Captain Hook."
Mickey Mouse: "The harbor master has told me everything. Things worked much better here before you arrived. I shall not be inviting you back.
Now, Jiminy and Piglet, I hope you won't mind having to handle the work by yourselves again."
Piglet and Jiminy Cricket: "Oh no, sir. Yes, please, sir."
Narrator: "Replied the Disney characters. Whistling cheerfully, they puffed back to work while Captain Hook sulked slowly away."
