Cartoon All-Stars: Royal Rumble is a Wii U game that parodies the Super Smash Bros. franchise. It is released on September 27, 2016.

About the Game[]

It has a variety of Kids' WB!/Disney/Nickelodeon characters: 24 which are starters and 24 more that are unlockable, spanning it to 48. The starter characters are Ash Ketchum, Rikochet, Tai Kamiya, Sakura Avalon, Scooby-Doo, Buster Bunny, Al Smith, Marilyn Shine, Winnie The Pooh, Todd Daring, Kuzco, Star Butterfly, Phineas Flynn, Mitchie O'Hara, Kick Buttowski, Randy Cunningham, SpongeBob SquarePants, Tommy Pickles (in his All Grown Up self), Dudley Puppy, Harvey Beaks, Timmy Turner, Otto Rocket, Danny Fenton and Jimmy Neutron, and the unlockable characters are composed of: Yami Yugi Moto, Static (known in his civilian form as Virgil Hawkins), Turbo Snail, Puss In Boots, Jackie Chan, Daemona Prune (in her green heroic investigator outfit), Omi, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III (in his Season 3 self), Dipper Pines, Wander, Amethyst Giger, Happy Dwarf, Captain Crandall, Milo Murphy, Sierra Norman, Penn Zero, CatDog (formed together), Sanjay Patel, Rudy Tabootie, Danielle LaMarche, Tak The Juju Boy, Fanboy and Chum Chum (who both act like Ice Climbers), El Tigre (known in his civilian form as Manny Rivera) and Otis Cow. There are over 36 stages, including a battlefield stage and a Final Destination stage where you are pitted against the sinister Team Rocket (who are non-playable characters). Other modes include Adventure Mode, where you will be at your own risk, and All-Star mode, which is to be unlocked by getting all the secret characters first.

This is the game made for the Wii U.
Sarah Natochenny, Jason Marsden, and Kari Wahlgren are the voices for Ash, Rikochet and Sakura, while Joshua Seth does his role as Tai.
Michele Knotz is the voice of Jessie, while Jimmy Zoppi does his James and Meowth roles, with Kayzie Rogers as Wobbuffet.
Classic Mode has over 11 stages, with the Break The Targets, Board The Platforms, and Race To The Finish levels in it.
Adventure Mode is composed of all twelve stages, with Team Rocket awaiting you in the end.
All-Star Mode has all stages after you unlock all the secret characters.
Event Mode has 52 in total.
The following twenty four characters need to be unlocked by completing the following tasks.
The Pika, Petit, Poke, and Prime Cups from Pokemon Stadium are among the starter stages.
