Ceres in VESS

Ceres is a dwarf planet in the asteroid belt between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter (see asteroid belt in VESS) and a long-standing member of the Outworld Alliance. Ceres is governed like a democratic republic, and it's economy is mostly based upon asteroid mining. It also has a military base composed of the military forces of the central Alliance government, albiet they are mainly volunteered paramilitary forces of both Ceres and various other member states of the Outworld Alliance.
