Chases, Races and Runaways Vol.2 is a fan-fiction US Thomas VHS Release featuring two Season 2 episodes, four Season 3 episodes and three Season 4 episodes narrated by George Carlin. This is distributed by Strand Home Video in 1997, Video Treasures in 1999 and 2000 and Anchor Bay Entertainment in 2004. This is made by Pikachufreak.
