A parody of the Alvin and the Chipmunks film starring characters from the PBS Clifford the Big Red Dog franchise, including some made-up characters, created by CliffordFan2008 (Sydney Skidis).

A tree that the doggies, Clifford, Macold, and T-Bone, live in is cut down and driven to Los Angeles. Once in L.A., the Doggies meet struggling songwriter and composer Marker Seville who had his latest song rejected by JETT Records executive Jeffrey Hawke, his old college roommate. Mark also once had a relationship with his next door neighbor, Carol Wilson.

After winding up at Mark's interview, the Doggies hop into a basket Mark stole from one of Jeffrey's coworkers and follow him home. Once there, Mark discovers the Doggies and kicks them out, only to hear them sing "Only You (And You Alone)". Mark then makes a deal with them; they sing the songs he writes, and he provides food and shelter for them. Unfortunately, when Mark tries to present the Doggies to Jeffrey, they fail to sing to him on account of stage fright. Making matters worse, Mark is dismissed as the doggies ruin his job presentation by coloring on it. When Clifford tries to set the mood for Mark's dinner with Carol, things become peculiar and she rejects Mark after having been told about the Doggies. To make it up to Mark, the Doggies go to Jeffrey in an attempt to get a record deal.

Once the Doggies sing Mark's song to Jeffrey, Jeffrey signs them to the label and calls Mark the next day. After a few singles, the Doggies have a worldwide success. When Mark expresses concern for their well-being and insists that the Doggies are "children" who do not need so much craziness in their lives, Jeffrey convinces the Doggies that Mark is holding them back. After a misunderstanding with Mark, they go live with Jeffrey. They become enchanted with Jeffrey at first, but once they set off on a nationwide coast-to-coast tour, Jeffrey takes advantage of their naïveté, changing their image and working them constantly. Meanwhile, Mark misses the doggies and he wishes they would come back home. He calls Jeffrey to see if he can talk to them but Jeffrey refuses, and then conceals Mark's motives from the boys. Later, the Doggies are wearing out, and it is all over the news. Angered by what Jeffrey has done to the three, Mark decides to take matters into his own hands by infiltrating their concert.

On the night before the big concert that is to transition the coast-to-coast tour into a world tour, a vet (Haunami Minn) explains to Jeffrey that the Doggies' voices have worn down due to exhaustion, and suggests that they take a long rest. Rather than cancel the concert and hand out refunds, Jeffrey advises the Doggies to lip sync. With Carol's help, Mark sneaks into the concert, but gets ejected by security. With the commotion seen, the Doggies realize that they've been tricked and, deciding that they have had enough of Jeffrey, they stall the concert. Jeffrey locks them in a cage and prepares to take them to the world tour. Mark tries to convince Jeffrey to let the boys go but Jeffrey refuses. Jeffrey then leaves in his limo with the boys and Mark chases them but the boys have already escaped to Mark's car. Mark immediately pulls over and admits that he loves them like his own family. Meanwhile, Jeffrey looks in the cage and is shocked to see the boys have replaced themselves with international merchandising dolls.

Later that night, the boys are fully accepted as part of the family, and they invite Carol over for dinner again. Clifford accidentally creates a short circuit after having difficulty opening a champagne bottle. Though Mark decides not to say his catchphrase, the short circuit causes a blackout in the kitchen. As a result, Mark can no longer prevent it and finally yells out his catchphrase, "CLIIIIFFORDDD!!", to which Clifford responds with "Okay!".

In a mid-credits scene, Jeffrey (now unemployed) tries to make three wolves sing, but fails. After this, a message is shown dedicating the film to the creator of the Doggies, Norman Bridwell, "who was crazy enough to invent three singing doggies nearly five years ago".
