Communication is an essential part to being Activities Coordinator. You must keep in contact with the rest of your committee, the national committee and your members. Generally the easiest way is via email. However sometimes a phone call will solve the problem a lot faster, and committee meetings are the best way of getting things started and the ideas flowing.
