Issue: Activities records were not visible in "All activities" tab. However, if we go to "My Activities" or "My Teams activities" tab
Resolution: Activity records are not visible in "All activities" tab since the organization of the activities record was different from the organization of user’s position. These records will be visible in My and My teams activities tab. The organization of the activity record can be checked with the following query from back end
Select X_BU_ID from S_EVT_ACT where ROW_ID=<>; "give the row id"
Then you check the name of the organization from the front end on the basis of the result of the above query to confirm the organization.
If the business wants to see the records in "All" view, please get it updated from backend.
