[edit] Origins

(Circumstances of Game's creation)

[edit] Setup

This game is based in the idea of a news channel with a signer for the deaf.

[edit] Necessary Equipment

One chair for one of the performers.

[edit] Performers

Four performers participate in this game. One anchor, two reporters, and the interpreter. The focus should be, as the name of the game would indicate, on the interpreter.

[edit] Leaving the Room

Leaving the room is not necessary.

[edit] Audience Suggestions

The audience assigns what the two reporters will be reporting on.

[edit] Rules

[edit] Traditions

Usual assignments of the reporters are one reporting on a celebrity, and the other from a remote location, i.e. the zombie Sean Connery and Jean Valjean's tile and brick factory. Often, the opening music will be performed by Ryan "T-Rex" Garwood.

[edit] The Experts

Expert interpreters include Benji "Hallway" Milanowski and John "Cowboy" Clawson, for their creative and high energy interpretations. One of the most notable reporters is Ryan "T-Rex" Garwood for his imaginative language use and consistently giving interesting imagery to perform.

[edit] Memorable Games

At the Towle Theatre's 2008 performance, John "Cowboy" Clawson performed more than 50 somersaults in conveyance of tumble weeds and Montana. He was much congratulated for having sacrificed himself for the scene.
