Deep, Deep Trouble (The COZI Superstars Sing The Blues)

Deep, Deep Trouble is the fifth track of The COZI Superstars Sing The Blues which is covered by Ash Ketchum.

Plot

• After getting expelled from the Cartoon Academy by a furious Chief Pulse for knocking the birthday cake down, a guilt struck Ash is sent to his room by his maddened parents for the incident involving in breaking Serena, Molly, Sam and Eddy's hearts and making the new student Claire Bradford burst out in tears, as he ends up in deep, deep trouble. After the song comes to a finish, Ash awakens himself in bed, as he is suddenly surrounded by Lexi, Lori, Fiona, Denise, Rogue, Mel, Brittney, Zuzu, Meilin, Malinda, Kendall, Pacifica, Lorelei, Jordan, Mimi and Bonnie, who all ask him why did he ruin the birthday at class. Luckily, Rikochet, Kevin, and Marty arrive with the staff of the Cartoon Academy and they send Lexi and her friends away. Ash then apologizes to Serena for the wreck and she gratefully accepts.

• Serena, Molly, Sam and Eddy: Happy birthday, Claire Bradford!
• Ash: Huh?
• Claire: I'm in! I'm finally in!
• Serena: Blow a candle please.
• (Claire is about to blow a candle when Ash tackles behind Serena, causing her to throw the cake into the air)
• (With a loud splat, it falls to the floor with impact)
• Claire: (bursting into tears) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• (She runs out of the Cartoon Academy in agony)
• Serena, Molly, Sam and Eddy: Come back!
• Ash: Uh, oh.
• Chief Pulse: Alright who's responsible for this?!
• (The guards point to Ash, who guiltily raises his hand)
• Chief Pulse: I might have known it was you, Ash Ketchum!
• Ash: B-but, chief, I...
• Chief: No buts! I don't want to hear about it anymore! You're expelled!
• (Ash is left speechless)

• Ash: (hanging his head down) Yes, mom and dad.
• (He heads upstairs to his room and Deep, Deep Trouble starts)
• Ash: Let me start at the start, then take it away. My name is Ketchum, Ashley B. That's Ash with a capital "A" Then "Ket" plus "C-H-U-M," that's me. Introductions aside, let's move right along, You can all sing along at the sound of the gong. Once upon a time, about a week ago, All of a sudden, trouble started to grow. Alarm was buzzing, I was snoozin'. Supposed to get up now, but I was refusing To let reality become an intrusion, Cuz in Dreamy Dreamland, I was cruising. But the buzz kept buzzing, my head kept buzzing, Gave the radio a throw and I heard an explosion.
• Steven: D'oh!
• Ash: Opened up my eyes, to my surprise, There stood Steven and his temperature rised. I was chilling, he was yellin', Face all distorted, cause he was propelling. It wasn't what he said, but more of his tone The usual jive, put your nose to the grindstone. I said, "I'm real sorry." But that didn't cut it. I started to protest but Dad said,
• Steven: Shut it! Get up, mow the lawn! Move it on the double! 'Cause if you don't, you're in deep, deep trouble!

• Steven: ASH!

• Steven: Ash!

• Ash: So I'm in the front yard, mowin' like crazy, Sweatin' like a pig, and the sun is blazy. Steven's in the driveway, gettin' in the car With Mom and Mary, hope they're goin' real far. Then Dad yells,
• Steven: ASH!!!
• Ash: And I go, "Yo!" He goes,
• Steven: You done yet?
• Ash: And I go, "No." So he goes,
• Steven: Oh! You're too slow!
• Ash: So I step on the gas to speed up the mow. Didn't see that sprinkler underneath that tree. Wham! Krrpsh!! Rainin' on me! I go, "Woah!" Steven goes,
• Steven: D'oh! Now you can't go to the boat show!
• Ash: This is my thanks after working my butt off? Steven revs the motor and they all start to putt off. Soaked to the bone, standin' in a puddle. No one needs to tell me I'm in deep, deep trouble.

• Steven: Ash!

We raided the fridge, dogs raided the trash, I got a little worried when the windows got smashed. The next thing you know, Mom and Dad are home. The kids disappear and I'm all alone. Everything's silent except for my moan And the low bluesy tone of a saxophone. They look at me then they go into a huddle, I get the sinking sensation I'm in deep, deep trouble.

• Wilhelmina: Go to your room!
• Ash: Oh, give me a break!

• Mel: We mean girls have to blame you for your actions.
• Brittney: Even Chief Pulse has banned all the rules.

• Meilin: You're the most worst Pokemon Trainer we've ever seen.

• Fiona: Fine then! We won't forget this!

• (They all leave Ash's room dismissively)
• Rabbit: That's right, you creeps! Don't come back!
• Donkey Kong: And keep away!
• Ash: You've saved me!
• Slimovitz: That's alright, Ash. It's not your fault.
• Lt. Feral: Fallen cakes cause the incident.
• Lord Starchy: We're sending you to see Serena.
• Robert: It's important to apologize to her.
• Ash: Thank you very much!
