Oracle HBU has exciting overseas opportunities for Graduates / Postgraduates in HR domain interested in making a career in ERP’s.
Assignment Start: Immediate
Key skills required: Domain experience in HRMS with 2-4 years into recruitment, compensation, training & development, benefits, workforce administration.
Should possess excellent analytical and communication skills and must be a team player.
Role & Responsibilities: Would be expected to work on domain consulting in HR & Payroll globally (primarily in t USA & Europe) on Implementation/Support projects. The assignments will include exposure to onsite / offshore model for various projects involving core HR knowledge and would involve multiple activities such as setup & configuration of modules, customization, preparation of functional specifications, client interaction for requirement gathering and solution walkthrough’s, perform key-user training and supporting production systems. Extensive training will be provided in respective ERP solution.
Eligibility Criteria: All employees in A1-1 and A1-2’s, A21 & above cadre, who has served a minimum of 12 months with L&T Infotech.
