[edit] ~ Welcome To The Ditto Town Wiki~
For you travelers who do not know of Ditto Town, it is a place of wonder and insanity (is not Sanity itself Relative?). A small planet Called Dittopia is situated in the Delta Quadrant of a galaxy known by its inhabitants as the Ditto Galaxy. Ditto Town is a small settlement on the main continent. Ditto Town itself is a nexus, a conflux, a place where universes meet. Here the population is made up of anyone from Gryphons, Jedi, and Elves of Middle-Earth, to Talking Beasts, sentient droids, and Holograms with a sense of humor. Any newcomers are welcomed with open arms; provided their intentions are just and true. To learn more of this amazing place, one would be best to actually visit it Ditto Town Forum These pages are for all races, people, histories, places, technologies, and other concepts in the ongoing Ditto Town Saga of the Fountain & Mansion, so some of these things are not native to Dittopia at all.

(NOTE, this is just a quick reference card with links to more extensive tutorials)
- Basics; READ BEFORE DOING ANY EDITING!
Firstly, if you have not used or edited a Wiki before, please take the [|Wiki Editing Tutorial], for your sake and for the sake of article quality. If you are willing we also ask that you take the time to be courteous and read the Structure in the DT wiki tutorial Nav boxes, category brackets and such are vital to keeping a clean inviting site structure. We ask that if you are not willing to take the second tutorial that you do not edit this page or any category pages or anything inside brackets (like this [[text]].) at all, period.
- Structure; Please look through the list of categories below, if you wish to create an article and it fits into one of these categories, please add a link to the appropriate page. Please use an organized bullet point, sub bullet point system like the one in the contents below. If you feel an entire category has been left out, first take a look at any similar categories to see if they cover what you were thinking of. If not please by all means add a category. If your article does not fit in any of the categories, but does not warrant a category of its own, please make use of the Other, or Miscellaneous categories.
- Quick reference THIS IS IMPORTANT when creating an article always include {{nav box|Ditto Town}} at the very top as the first line and [[Category:Ditto Town]] at the bottom as the last line. Don't forget to add a link to your article in the appropriate place(s)
- Remember to keep the aforementioned header and footer brackets on the top and bottom lines when editing an article or category that already exists.
- Troubleshooting; If your article title is already in a category, but the link is red, it means someone has placed the link to help keep structure, but hasn't written the article. Its just waiting for you to create! Lastly, if you create an article and are told an article of that name already exists, then try to alter the name to be unique, or failing that, Just make it "articlename DT" then when making a link use the appropriate technique laid out in the tutorial to make the link text appear different from the actual link and article name.

Note; Remember to include the category line; [[Category:Ditto Town]] at the bottom of all pages you create PLEASE do NOT edit the names of blue articles, they are linked and editing the name will break the link!! If you're desperate to fix the spelling in a link, look in my DT editing tutorial to see how to do so without breaking the link! Otherwise don't do it!

- Tech Level 1 (Stone age through medieval things go here. Hint; if you're thinking of muskets and cannons go to tech level 2)
- Tech Level 2 (late medieval to pre-modern technology here. Hint; if it doesn't exist on Earth by the year 2008 AD, Earth Calendar it belongs in tech level 3)
- Tech Level 3 (Post modern to insanely Sci-Fi goes here. Hint; nothing is too technological for this category. Think anything from Temporal drives to lightsabers)

When posting a Character article, please include the most up to date census form on them from the DT post office. Also, please refrain from posting an article unless you plan to substantially expand on what has already been covered in the census.
