Don't Cry, Panini is the thirteenth episode of the second season of Once Upon A Teenage Lifetime.

Plot[]

  • With Samantha and Henry away at their anniversary, Jodelle and Megan are forced to look after their little sister Panini. Despite the fact that Panini's cries are much louder than before, they seek help from Nell The Therapist (voiced by Melissa Joan Hart) who agrees to calm Panini down, while Jodelle's friends Serenity, Raina, Ashlynn, Corina, Hanna, and Annabelle watch with interest. When Samantha and Henry return, they see Panini asleep and thank Jodelle and Megan.

  • Samantha: How'd I look, girls?

  • Samantha: I'm just set to go on an anniversary and...
  • (Doorbell rings)
  • Samantha: Coming!
  • (Samantha opens the door and saw Henry in a black tuxedo, holding a lot of flowers)
  • Samantha: You've brought me flowers!
  • ​Henry: They're for you!
  • Samantha: (sniffing the flowers) They look nice.
  • ​(Samantha puts the flowers in a vase)
  • Jodelle: So you and Henry love each other, huh?
  • Samantha: Yes we are.
  • Megan: Do you know about your wedding?
  • Henry: Indeed, Megan, indeed.
  • (Flashback to Samantha and Henry's wedding)
  • Priest: As Husband and Wife, may I want an order.
  • Henry: I do.
  • Priest: And you may want to marry?
  • Samantha: Yep.
  • Priest: Then, you may kiss each other.
  • (Samantha and Henry both kiss each other)
  • (End of flashback)
  • Samantha: What do we say, it's time for a dance?
  • Henry: Surely.
  • (Samantha and Henry start dancing)
  • Jodelle: Where are you going to?
  • Megan: The anniversary or what?
  • Henry: (twirling Samantha) Yep.
  • Jodelle: Can we take care of Panini?
  • Megan: She's our little sister.
  • Jodelle: And she's about five years old.
  • (Henry dips Samantha)
  • Samantha: Sure thing.
  • Henry: We'll be back when it's midnight, okay?
  • (Jodelle's Parents leave)
  • Panini: Why are you talking about?
  • Jodelle: Don't you see, Panini? It's 8:00pm and we can't spend the whole night through.
  • Megan: Oh please. I don't have time for your lame excuses.
  • Jodelle: Really, Megan! How could you be so mean to me at a time like this?
  • Megan: For your information, Mango-Head, you're the weakling.
  • Jodelle: That's it! I've had it with you!
  • Megan: Grr! Was that what you really think!? Then, fair chance.
  • (They both stare at each other while growling)
  • Panini: I hate fighting!
  • Jodelle and Megan: Who cares!?
  • (Panini starts to cry like a ruthless little baby and starts throwing a tremendous tantrum)
  • Jodelle: It's your fault that you can't keep a better look out, Megan!
  • Megan: Yeah right, especially the way you cry when you were little!
  • Jodelle: I'm not a crybaby, I'm a teenager and my parents are gone for an anniversary!
  • Megan: Well then, your parents won't be seeing you when they get stranded!
  • Jodelle: They're not stranded, they're on an anniversary!
  • Megan: Who knows they'll be stranded?
  • (Jodelle and Megan continue to argue as Anna continues to cry)
  • (Jodelle's friends watch from the windows)
  • Serenity: Poor Panini.
  • Raina: It's a shame that she's missing her parents.
  • Ashlynn: And it's all because Jodelle and Megan won't stop arguing.
  • Corina: I have an idea, let's make Panini stop crying.
  • Hanna: Good choice.
  • Annabelle: Gee.
  • (Back with Jodelle and her sisters)
  • Jodelle: I'm not letting Panini calm down because of you, Megan!
  • Megan: Not until you get busted, Mango-Head!
  • Panini: (through her tears) I can't take it anymore! I want to live myself in peace!
  • (She continues to cry louder than ever)
  • Jodelle and Megan: Grr!
  • (Jodelle and Megan continue to argue, until Nell The Therapist arrives)
  • Nell: What on earth are you doing!?
  • (Jodelle and Megan stop arguing)
  • Jodelle: Nell the Therapist.
  • Megan: Then, what are you going to do to Panini?
  • Nell: I'll make sure she'll stop crying.
  • Jodelle: Why not?
  • Nell: Because she has a big upset.
  • Megan: Ha! I told you.
  • Jodelle: Sheesh.
  • (Meanwhile, Samantha and Henry are in their anniversary)
  • Samantha: It's good to be in our party.
  • Henry: Exactly.
  • (Dolly Parton arrives)

  • Samantha: Ready to dance?

  • Samantha: Yep.
  • (Henry kisses Samantha's hand as they continue to dance)

  • (Henry starts twirling Samantha)

  • (Samantha and Henry both kiss each other)
  • (Back with Jodelle and her sisters)
  • Jodelle: Why is Panini crying?
  • Nell: Because she's got a bad upset.
  • Megan: I'd never thought about that.
  • Nell: (holding Panini) Are you all right, Panini?
  • Panini: (through her tears) Yes.
  • Nell: Good. Then, a lullaby will make you stop crying.
  • (She turns on Panini's radio and Go To Sleep plays)
  • Panini: (hearing the lullaby) Oh, I'm so drowsy.
  • (She yawns and falls asleep)
  • Jodelle: Wow, Panini, you're an expert.
  • Megan: Sorry to interfere, but you did it.
  • Panini: You're welcome.
  • (Back at Samantha and Henry's anniversary)
  • Henry: (dancing with Samantha) You're more than ever.
  • Samantha: I know.
  • Henry: (twirls Samantha) It's all thanks to us.
  • Samantha: We mean it.
  • (Henry kisses Samantha's cheek)
  • Henry: We're a married couple.
  • Samantha: Of course.
  • (Back with Jodelle, she is putting Panini to bed)
  • Jodelle: Sleep tight, sweetie.
  • (Panini starts snoring)
  • Jodelle: We've done it.
  • Megan: Thanks a lot.
  • Nell: You're welcome.
  • (Samantha and Henry return from their anniversary)
  • Samantha: We're back and...
  • (She doesn't notice Panini asleep)
  • Samantha: What's with Panini?
  • Nell: She finally fell asleep.
  • Henry: Wow.
  • Nell: And Jodelle did a good job.
  • Jodelle: I do.
  • Megan: You're right about that.
  • Samantha: I am proud of you two. It's been a good thing Panini stopped crying.
  • Jodelle and Megan: Thank you, mom.
  • (The next morning)
  • Jodelle: Dear diary, I am glad Panini stopped crying. Everyone has something to do about and we all mean it. You can be nice to us if you want. Sincerely, Jodelle.
  • (She closes the diary as she hears the music)
  • Jodelle: What's that?
  • (Jodelle saw Samantha and Henry dancing to 9 To 5)
  • Jodelle: Well, well, well. A good couple.
  • (Jodelle closes the door as we end the episode)
  • (We then go to the outro that features a grinning and winking Jodelle in a New Scooby-Doo Mysteries fashion)
  • (While the end credits roll, So In Love With Two's final stanza plays)
  • Mikaila: My number one: There could never be no one like you How come I feel this way about My number two: Never tried to tell me what to say or do I'm so in love with two I don't want to push it I don't want to fight But this feeling keeps me up all night If I only could decide But I can't make up my mind I'm breakin' all my rules because of you You can tell me it's not right And it tears me up inside But the problem is I'm so in love with two.
