Thomas, Percy and the Coal and Other Stories, also known as Volume 4 in New Zealand and Double Trouble and other stories in the US, is a UK/US/AUS/NZ VHS featuring eight second season episodes narrated by Ringo Starr and George Carlin (US Only). The UK VHS was re-released in 1992 under the name Percy and the Signal and Other Stories.

The read along story in the 2000 and 2011 DVD Menus is called 'The Monster Under the Shed'.
The Singalong Song in the 2000 DVD Menus is 'Percy's Seaside Trip' and the 2011 DVD Menu is 'James the Really Splendid Engine'
The Intro on the US releases is the Season 3 Intro.
