Victor is a minor antagonist appearing in "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie" and owner of the Thug Tug.
Description[]
Victor is a large, slender, bluish gray muscular fish. He wears a torn t-shirt and dark blue jeans, with black boots, and golden belt. He also wears fingerless gloves and a left eye patch, although, his left eye does not seem to be damaged.

History[]
He first appears when he notices a bubble which SpongeBob and Patrick blew and his patrons announce the rules of the bar: "All bubble blowing babies will be beaten senseless by every able bodied patron in the bar." He notices SpongeBob and Patrick trying to escape and orders everyone to line and has his henchman DJ play a stereo playing the Goofy Goober theme song. As Victor searches for the baby who blew the bubbles, he notices SpongeBob and Patrick trying hard not to sing along, which a suspicious Victor does try provoke them. However, they are saved when a patron sings along, is named the baby, beaten and presumed killed while SpongeBob and Patrick successfully escape. The next day, Victor confronts Dennis when he blows a bubble. He begins to tell him that "all bubble blowing babies will be beaten senseless by-" but before he can finish speaking, Despite Dennis and Victor having the same cold-hearted personality, Dennis punches him, causing him to hit his bar as they both sink. It is unknown if Victor survived or not.
