First Officer

First Officer is one of Psi Phi's six officer positions. The First Officer for Spring 2007 is Pat O'Meara.

- To fulfill the duties of the Captain when he or she is unable to fulfill them.
- To oversee Committees by presiding over the Committee Reports portion of meetings, selecting Chairs, and keeping records of Committee members and Chairs. The First Officer shall serve as a member of all Committees.
