Currently we have just a few guidelines:

• Do not modify other people's review even if you strongly disagree with them, but add your own review instead.

• The criteria for listing a book or other math resource on this page is that it is available for free for individual use, so it does not have to be open source and can have copyrights regulations restricting it from free class room or similar restrictions.

• Material listed in the Books & Lectures Notes should be somewhat self contained and complete. Incomplete but still useful lecture notes covering only a few selected items of a course or class should be listed in another section possibly in Articles & Papers & Talks & Single Lectures.

• All material listed on this mini-wiki should be in English, material in other languages should be maintained in a separate mini-wiki.
