Smalltalk by example: Coding conventions
Function and variable naming
Words within function names are split using uppercase letters (String.isString and String.asByteArray). All class and namespace names start with an uppercase letter (class String and namespace Smalltalk). Variables start with a lowecase letter.
Although indentation has always been something which was of personal taste to the programmer, if you arn't a programmer yet, you need something. Hopefully this page will be updated according to user comments when needed. For the rest, this is based on personal taste.
Every function ends with an execute mark (!).
