The following is a list of general spoilers for season 4 of Lost. It is not known specifically which episode each spoiler happens in. When the correct episode is know, the spoiler will be moved to the episode's page.

• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Locke, Jin, and Sawyer are alive on the island in the future.
• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): The Orchid station will appear this season.
• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Scenes with Ben at an airport are being filmed.
• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): An upcoming episode is called "The Outlier", has Ben flashbacks, and features a math proof called the Jacobian Code. Pre-strike, this episode was going to be episode 9, but has now been pushed to later in season 4.
• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Characters to have flashbacks this season: Alexandra, Rousseau, Locke, Ben, Juliet.
• Michael Ausiello (TV Guide columnist): "I'd bet my firstborn we'll see him [Aldo] again."
• Damon Lindelof (Co-creator, writer): Cerberus is DHARMA's name for the Monster. The Monster will be explained, but not until the end of the show. The Monster's explanation is not "ten seconds of blank tape."
• Damon Lindelof (Co-creator, writer): Thinking Libby was part of DHARMA is not "barking up the wrong tree."
• Damon Lindelof (Co-creator, writer): Jack and Claire will find out they're siblings.
• Damon Lindelof (Co-creator, writer), Carlton Cuse (Writer, producer): Ben and the real Henry Gale "had words" before his death. Ben was caught in Rousseau's trap on accident.
• Damon Lindelof (Co-creator, writer): Eko may return, and not neccessarily in a flashback.

• Michael Ausiello (TV Guide columnist): There are not one, not two, but five deaths coming in May. However, these are probably not all main characters.
  • TRUE, the deaths are: Anthony Cooper (The Brig), Charlie, Greta, Bonnie, Mikhail, Tom, Ryan Pryce, and Naomi (all in Through the Looking Glass)
• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): The "Door" hatch seen in "Three Minutes" and "Live Together, Die Alone," which supposedly was a facade, actually leads to the island's "magic box."

• DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Rousseau appears in all four May sweeps episodes ("The Brig", "The Man Behind the Curtain", "Greatest Hits", and "Through the Looking Glass")
