In order to avoid confusion, duplicate articles on the same case or principle should be avoided. if you have questions about a particular case or legal principle, you can include them in a comment to the article for that subject or if there's no article yet on the subject, you can create a new one. Others who know the answer or wish to comment can amend the article or type in commments as appropriate. If you're creating a new article for some section of a statute, it may be a good idea to first type in the actual language of the law and the section number (eg. Constitution Act Section 52 (Supremacy clause). if you create an article about a law or a case, make the case name or name of the statute the title for the article
