There are only stats that measure the various abilities of your avatar: strength, agility, discipline, and intelligence. Your avatar's condition is represented by four bars: health, stamina, composure, and mana. Each stat affects it's corresponding condition, respectively.
Strength measures your avatar's ability to exert physical force and endure labor. Strength is typically proportional to your avatar's size and weight. Your avatar's health is affected by its strength.
Agility measures your avatar's coordination, stealth, and speed. Agility is typically inversely proportional to your avatar's size and weight. Your avatar's stamina is affected by its agility.
Monks and Priests typically follow a path of discipline, sacrificing their own welfare for the worship of their god. Because of this, they are often granted special powers by their deities. Your avatar's composure is affected by its discipline.
Intelligence measures your avatar's knowledge, ability to learn, understand, observe patterns, and solve problems. Intelligence is crucial to spell-casting, which relies on the abilities of one's mind. Your avatar's mana is affected by its intelligence.
Health is a measure of your avatar's vitality. If your avatar's health bar drops to zero, they die. Your avatar's health is affected by its strength.
Composure is a measure of your avatar's mental health and comfort. If your avatar's composure bar drops to zero, your avatar can lose their mind, ability to concentrate effectively, even die potentially after sustained discomfort (for example, dying of shock from sustaining an excessive amount of pain). Your avatar's composure is affected by its discipline.
