Chemotherapy
- First Line:
- Vincristine, Doxorubicin and Cyclophosphamide
- Vincristine and Doxorubicin were administered by IV push within the first ½ hour. The Cyclophosphamide was also done by IV over a period of 5 hours.
- Ifosfamide, Etoposide, Mesna
- Cycled every 21 days
- Second Line
- Topotecan and Cyclophosphomide
