Halo: Combat Evolved was the popular launch title for the original Xbox. In a fight against an alien race known as the Covenant a lone human ship is shot down and forced to crash land on a mysterious ring world called Halo. On Halo a new threat is discovered that threatens all life in the entire galaxy. As Master Chief, a genetically enhanced SPARTAN soldier, you lead the fight to defend the human race.
