Haunted Henry

  • Alec Baldwin: It was a moonlit night. Henry was taking a goods train to the station by the lake.
  • (Owl hoots)
  • Edward: Whenever that owl hoots, a mist rolls in.
  • Alec Baldwin: Murmured Edward.
  • Edward: There's a legend that when the mist is about, there's a ghost about too. Take care on the old line, Henry.
  • Henry: Stupid bird!
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Henry.
  • Henry: Owls, mists, ghosts. Edward's going soft to the boiler. There's no mist.
  • Alec Baldwin: But Henry was wrong.
  • Henry: What's that?
  • Alec Baldwin: Cried Henry.
  • Henry's Driver: It's an amber lamp.
  • Alec Baldwin: Murmured his driver.
  • Henry's Driver: That means proceed with caution. Who's there?
  • Alec Baldwin: No one replied. Henry crepted slowly forward. He stopped by a tree. It had a sign nailed to it: Beware of The Viaduct. The driver was surprised.
  • Henry's Driver: No one warned us about that before and look, the signal's red and the gates are closed. A-a-and there's a fogman's coat. But where is his owner?
  • Alec Baldwin: Then, they saw a light move within a station building.
  • Henry: G-g-g-g-ghosts!
  • Alec Baldwin: Exclaimed Henry.
  • Henry: Edward was right.
  • Henry's Driver: Something very strange is happening.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Henry's Driver: I think it's best we go back.
  • Henry: So do I!
  • Alec Baldwin: Agreed Henry. By morning, the mist had cleared. A workman was talking about the unsafe viaduct.
  • Workman: Lucky you didn't cross it last night.
  • Henry's Driver: Yes, but we don't know who warned us?
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Henry's driver. Later that day, he spoke to Henry.
  • Henry's Driver: The viaduct has been repaired. We can take our train back along the old line tonight.
  • Alec Baldwin: Henry really didn't want to. But when nightfall came, he was sizzling nicely. Suddenly, an owl hooted and then Gordon thundered by.
  • Freight Car: Oh look. Henry's spooked.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said a freight car.
  • (Freight Cars giggling)
  • Henry: Be quiet!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snapped Henry.
  • Henry: I'm not scared.
  • Alec Baldwin: But he was. A little later, the fog came down. As they approached the same area, they saw the amber light again.
  • Henry's Driver: Here we go.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Henry's driver. Then, unknown to Henry, the gates mysteriously closed by themselves and the signal went red. The freight cars had seen everything and they were spooked.
  • Freight Cars: Faster, faster. There's a ghost about.
  • Henry: Stop, stop!
  • Alec Baldwin: Yelled Henry. A mysterious figure watched Henry go by. Ahead was a landslide blocking the line. Henry braked hard but the freight cars hit some of the rubble and plunged into the ravine.
  • (The freight cars fall down and crashed towards the ground with a loud Kuh-Thud)
  • Alec Baldwin: Just then, Henry's driver saw a strange sight coming towards them.
  • Henry's Driver: What's that?
  • Alec Baldwin: He said. The fireman laughed.
  • Henry's Fireman: That's our ghost. It's Old Bailey the Fogman.
  • Alec Baldwin: Old Bailey was very cross.
  • Old Bailey: I tired to warn you about the viaduct. Why didn't ye pay attention?
  • Henry's Driver: We're sorry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied the driver.
  • Henry's Driver: Is there anything we can do to thank you?
  • Old Bailey: I like to operate that old station. If you let me, I promise I wont spook Henry again.
  • Alec Baldwin: And in a little while, Old Bailey's wish was granted.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: You and your station will be really useful.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Let's hear a hearty thank you to the friendliest, eh, ghost on the island.
  • Alec Baldwin: Everyone cheered. Especially Henry, who was the happiest of all.

Duncan Gets Spooked

  • Alec Baldwin: The little engines were busy clearing their railroad of leaves and broken branches. Peter Sam and Rusty often work together. One day, Rusty helped Peter Sam to a water tower. Peter Sam felt much better after his long drink, but the freight cars were bored.
  • Freight Cars: Let's break away.
  • Alec Baldwin: Their loads were heavy and the coupling old. One snapped.
  • Freight Cars: Faster, faster!
  • Alec Baldwin: Shouted the freight cars. A sign read: Slow Steep Bends and Ravine Ahead. But the silly freight cars never saw it. Then, it was too late.
  • (The freight cars fall down into the ravine)
  • Alec Baldwin: Peter Sam arrived at the scene of the disaster. His driver sighed.
  • Peter Sam's Driver: This was our fault. We didn't secure them properly. We'll have to get help to pull them out. Sir Topham Hatt will be very annoyed.
  • Alec Baldwin: And he was.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: You will work in the yard until I can trust you again.
  • Alec Baldwin: Duncan was delighted with Peter Sam's dilemma.
  • Duncan: Fancy not securing your freight cars on a hill. They'll come back to spook you and your special funnel. Whoooo!
  • Rusty: And who's to say you're not afraid of ghosts!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snapped Rusty.
  • Duncan: Ghosts!? Things that go bump in the night, Rubbish!
  • Rusty: Well I'll tell you a story that will make your funnel quiver.
  • Alec Baldwin: Rusty said.
  • Rusty: A long time ago, a little engine was returning home. It was a misty moonlight night. Suddenly, the engine lost control and plunged over the side into the swamps below.
  • (A little engine falls into the swamps)
  • Rusty: He was never found again. But many of workmen will tell you that when the moon is full, They had seen the little engine trying to get home. But he never reached the other side. So what did you think of that, Duncan?
  • Duncan: Rubbish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Duncan.
  • Rusty: Never mind him, Peter Sam. He'd be frightened if he really saw a ghost.
  • Alec Baldwin: This gave Peter Sam's driver an idea.
  • Peter Sam's Driver: Let's play a trick on Duncan.
  • Alec Baldwin: The next day he spoke to Duncan's driver and fireman who agreed.
  • Duncan's Driver: We'll do it, tonight.
  • Alec Baldwin: Duncan had to take coal cars to the slate mine and then bring cars back. Duncan's driver decided as part of a plan to cross the old iron bridge.
  • Duncan: Haunted bridge, rubbish!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Duncan.
  • Duncan: It's as tame as a pet rabbit's.
  • Alec Baldwin: But all the same, he kept thinking about Rusty's story. When dusk fell, he was keen to leave.
  • Duncan: If we don't go now, Skarloey will take my favorite place in the shed.
  • Duncan's Driver: We have to collect our cars first.
  • Alec Baldwin: His driver replied. He could see the plan was working because Duncan was nervous. When night fell, they set off. The mist were rising around the old iron bridge. Duncan whistled and the sound echoed everywhere. Then, ahead, he saw flickering lights. His driver knew they were only insects that shine brightly at night, but to Duncan they look like an engine. Next, his driver secretly threw a rock from the cab into the ravine below.
  • Duncan: It's the ghost! Take me back! Take me back, please!
  • Alec Baldwin: When Duncan reached the safety of his shed, he closed his eyes tightly.
  • Duncan's Driver: Spooked are you, Duncan?
  • Alec Baldwin: Laughed his driver.
  • Duncan: No! I'm asleep!
  • Alec Baldwin: And Duncan refused to open his eyes. He did though when he thought his driver wasn't looking just to make sure that he was still there.

Double Trouble

  • George Carlin: It was a beautiful morning on the Island of Sodor. Thomas the Tank Engine's blue paint sparkled in a sunshine as he puffed happily along his branch line with Annie and Clarabel. He was feeling very pleased with himself.
  • Percy: Hello, Thomas
  • George Carlin: Whistled Percy.
  • Percy: You look splendid.
  • Thomas: Yes indeed.
  • George Carlin: Boasted Thomas.
  • Thomas: Blue is the only proper color for an engine.
  • Toby: Oh, I don't know. I like my brown paint.
  • George Carlin: Said Toby.
  • Percy: I've always been green. I wouldn't want to be any other color either.
  • George Carlin: Added Percy.
  • Thomas: Well, well, anyway.
  • George Carlin: Huffed Thomas.
  • Thomas: Blue is the only color for a really useful engine. Anyone knows that.
  • George Carlin: Percy said no more. He just grinned at Toby. Later, Thomas was resting when Percy arrived. A large hopper was loading his freight cars full of coal. Thomas was still being cheeky.
  • Thomas: Careful.
  • George Carlin: He warned.
  • Thomas: Watch out with those silly cars.
  • Cars: Go on, go on!
  • George Carlin: Muttered the cars.
  • Thomas: And by the way.
  • George Carlin: Went on Thomas.
  • Thomas: Those buffers don't look really safe to me.
  • George Carlin: The last load poured down.
  • Thomas: Help, help!
  • George Carlin: Cried Thomas.
  • Thomas: Get me out!
  • George Carlin: Percy was worried, but he couldn't help laughing. Thomas' smart blue paint was covered in coal dust from smokebox to bunker.
  • Percy: Ha, ha!
  • George Carlin: Chuckled Percy.
  • Percy: You don't look really useful now, Thomas. You look really disgraceful.
  • Thomas: I'm not disgraceful.
  • George Carlin: Choked Thomas.
  • Thomas: You did that on purpose. Get me out!
  • George Carlin: It took so long to clean Thomas that he wasn't it time for his next train. Toby had to take Annie and Clarabel.
  • Annie: Poor Thomas.
  • George Carlin: Whispered Annie to Clarabel. They were most upset. Thomas was grumpy in the shed that night. Toby thought it made a great joke, but Percy was cross with Thomas for thinking he had made his paint dirty on purpose.
  • Percy: Fancy a really useful blue engine like Thomas becoming a disgrace to Sir Topham Hatt's railway.
  • George Carlin: Next day, Thomas was feeling more cheerful, as he watch Percy bring his cars from the junction. The cars were heavy and Percy was tired.
  • Driver: Have a drink.
  • George Carlin: Said his driver.
  • Driver: Then you'll feel better.
  • George Carlin: The water column stood at the end of the siding with the unsafe buffers. Suddenly, Percy found that he couldn't stop. The buffers didn't stop him either.
  • Percy: Ooh!
  • George Carlin: Wailed Percy.
  • Percy: Help!
  • (Percy falls into the deep coal)
  • George Carlin: The buffers were broken and Percy was wheel deep in coal. It was time for Thomas to leave. He had seen everything.
  • Thomas: Now Percy has learned his lesson too.
  • George Carlin: He chuckled to himself. That night, the two engines made up their quarrel.
  • Percy: I didn't cause your accident on purpose, Thomas.
  • George Carlin: Whispered Percy.
  • Percy: You do know that, don't you?
  • Thomas: Of course.
  • George Carlin: Replied Thomas.
  • Thomas: And I'm sorry I teased you. Your green paint look splendid again too. In future, we're both be more careful of coal.

Double Teething Troubles

  • Alec Baldwin: Bill and Ben the Tank Engine twins work in the clay mines and quarries near brendam docks. Their work is important but they can be hot and dirty. Sometimes this makes the twins naughty. One morning, they were feeling very naughty indeed.
  • Bill: That's my line of cars!
  • Alec Baldwin: Huffed Bill.
  • Ben: It's not, it's mine!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Ben.
  • Ben: Yours it's over there.
  • Bill: It's mine!
  • Ben: It's not!
  • Bill: It's mine!
  • Ben: It's not!
  • Alec Baldwin: Their friend BoCo was worried.
  • BoCo: Stop quarreling you two or the only thing you had left to share is...
  • (Bill and Ben run into each other and derail)
  • BoCo: Trouble.
  • Bill: Silly!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snapped Bill.
  • Ben: Silly yourself!
  • Alec Baldwin: Grumbled Ben.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Bill and Ben, behave yourselves.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: It's clear to me that we need another diesel to help out. There's only one available. He's new and key to make an impression.
  • BoCo: If I were you.
  • Alec Baldwin: Whispered BoCo.
  • BoCo: I can back to work right away.
  • Alec Baldwin: Meanwhile Sir Topham Hatt was having doubts about his own decision.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: I hope the new diesel doesn't cause even more confusion. He's bound to have teething troubles.
  • Alec Baldwin: And he was right.
  • Derek: Oh, my grease and oil. I wasn't expecting this hill. Oh, what's that?
  • (Derek breaks down)
  • Alec Baldwin: BoCo came to the rescue.
  • Derek: Sorry.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said the diesel.
  • Derek: I'm all hot and bothered. I've got teething troubles, you know.
  • Alec Baldwin: The news soon spread.
  • Thomas: Apparently it's teething troubles.
  • Alec Baldwin: Confided Thomas to Percy.
  • Percy: Hey, you two. This new diesel's got a toothache. Good luck.
  • Bill: Why does Percy want to wish us good luck?
  • Alec Baldwin: Asked Bill.
  • Ben: Because he knows we'll need it. A diesel with a toothache must be the worst diesel of all.
  • Alec Baldwin: Then their manager spoke to them.
  • Manager: You will take your loads to the docks and rest there tonight. There's a lot of hard work to do tomorrow.
  • Alec Baldwin: It was dark when the twins reached the docks. They left the freight cars by the key and scurried off to the shed.
  • Duck: You two looked glum.
  • Alec Baldwin: Sighed Duck.
  • Bill: It's the new diesel's fault.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Bill.
  • Bill: He's got a toothache.
  • Duck: He hasn't got a toothache he's got teething troubles. That means he's new and this causes some problems. In his case it's his cooling system.
  • Alec Baldwin: Next morning, the twins heard an unfamiliar whistle.
  • Bill and Ben: Oh, no! It's the new Diesel!
  • Alec Baldwin: And it was.
  • Derek: Hello. I'll sort this train out. You take the front and I'll push 'em behind. Ha, ha. What fun.
  • Alec Baldwin: All went well as they set off. Then they came to a hill.
  • Bill: Come on, come on! Push harder, you silly diesel!
  • Alec Baldwin: Shouted Bill. But the diesel couldn't push any harder.
  • Derek: (pants) I'm overheating again.
  • (Derek breaks down once again)
  • Bill: Oh, pah!
  • Alec Baldwin: Snorted Bill.
  • Driver: You know what?
  • Alec Baldwin: Sighed the driver.
  • Driver: Let's try and finish the journey anyway. It means we'll have to pull the diesel as well. Can you do it twins?
  • Bill and Ben: We'll try.
  • Alec Baldwin: And sure enough they could. That night, Sir Topham Hatt came to see them.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Well done, Bill and Ben. I sent the new diesel back to the works. Can you manage alone?
  • Bill and Ben: Oh, yes sir.
  • Bill: BoCo.
  • Alec Baldwin: Whispered Bill.
  • Bill: I'm sorry we were rude to you.
  • Ben: And...
  • Alec Baldwin: Added Ben.
  • Ben: The new diesel was really quite friendly.
  • Duck: And you know what friends do?
  • Alec Baldwin: Murmured Duck.
  • Bill and Ben: Know what?
  • Duck: They always say good night to each other.
  • Alec Baldwin: And so they did, but they still chattered about the diesel and his teething troubles all night long.

Henry's Special Coal

  • George Carlin: One morning, Henry was feeling very sorry for himself. Sometimes he can pull trains, but sometimes he felt he had no strength at all.
  • Henry: I suffer dreadfully and no one cares.
  • James: Rubbish, Henry!
  • George Carlin: Snorted James.
  • James: You don't work hard enough!
  • George Carlin: Sir Topham Hatt spoke to him too.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: What's wrong with you, Henry? You have lots of new parts and new paint too, but they've done you no good. If we can't make you better, we must get another engine instead of you to do the work.
  • George Carlin: This made Henry, his driver and fireman very sad. Sir Topham Hatt was waiting when Henry came to the platform. He had taken off his hat and coat and put on overalls. Henry managed to start but his fireman was not satisfied.
  • Henry's Fireman: Henry is a bad steamer.
  • George Carlin: He said to Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Henry's Fireman: I built up his fire, but it doesn't give enough heat.
  • George Carlin: Henry tried very hard, but it was no good. He didn't have enough steam, and came to a stop outside Edward's station.
  • Henry: Oh dear!
  • George Carlin: Thought Henry.
  • Henry: I shall have to go away! Oh dear, oh dear!
  • George Carlin: All he could do is to go slowly onto a siding, and Edward took charge of the train. Sir Topham Hatt and the Fireman went on discussing Henry's troubles.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: What do you think is wrong, fireman?
  • George Carlin: Asked Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Henry's Fireman: Excuse me, sir.
  • George Carlin: He answered.
  • Henry's Fireman: But the fact is the coal was wrong. We've had a poor lot lately, and today's it's worse. The other engines can manage. They had big fireboxes. Henry's is small and can't make the heat. With Welsh coal, he'd be a different engine.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: It's expensive.
  • George Carlin: Said Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: But Henry must have a fair chance. James shall go and fetch them.
  • George Carlin: When the Welsh coal came, Henry's Driver and Fireman were excited.
  • Henry's Driver and Fireman: Now we'll show 'em, Henry old fellow.
  • George Carlin: They carefully made his fire, putting large lumps of coal like a wall round the outside, then the glowing middle part was covered in smaller lumps.
  • Henry: You're spoiling my fire.
  • George Carlin: Complained Henry.
  • Henry's Fireman: Wait and see.
  • George Carlin: Said the fireman.
  • Henry's Fireman: We'll have a roaring fire just when we wanted.
  • George Carlin: The fireman was right. When Henry reach the platform, the water was boiling nicely, and he had to let off steam.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: How are you, Henry?
  • Henry: Peep, peep, peep! I feel fine!
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Have you a good fire, driver?
  • Henry's Driver: Never better, sir, and plenty of steam.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: No record breaking.
  • George Carlin: Warned Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Don't push him too hard.
  • Henry's Driver: Henry won't need pushing, sir. I'll have to hold him back.
  • George Carlin: Henry had a lovely day. He had never felt so well of his life. He wanted to go fast, but his driver wouldn't let him.
  • Henry's Driver: Steady old fellow.
  • George Carlin: He would say.
  • Henry's Driver: There's plenty of time.
  • George Carlin: They arrived early at the station. Thomas puffed in.
  • Henry: Where have you been, lazybones?
  • George Carlin: Asked Henry.
  • Henry: Oh, I can't wait for dawdling tank engines like you. Goodbye.
  • Thomas: Whoosh!
  • George Carlin: Said Thomas to the coaches.
  • Thomas: Have you ever seen anything like it?
  • George Carlin: Both Annie and Clarabel agreed that they never had.

The Flying Kipper

  • George Carlin: One winter evening, Henry's driver said...
  • Henry's Driver: We'll be out early tomorrow. We've got to take the Flying Kipper. Don't tell Gordon, but I think if we pull the Kipper nicely, Sir Topham Hatt will let us pull the express. The special coal they gave you is working well.
  • Henry: Hooray!
  • George Carlin: Cried Henry.
  • Henry: That will be lovely.
  • George Carlin: All kinds of ships use the harbour at the big station by the sea. There are passenger ships, cargo ships and fishing boats also come here. They unload their fish on the key. Some of them goes the shops in the town, and the rest in a special train to other places far away. This is the train the railwaymen called the Flying Kipper. Henry was ready at 5:00. There was snow and frost. Men hustled and shouted loading up the crates of fish. The last door banged, the guard showed his green lamp, and the Flying Kipper was ready to go.
  • Henry: Come on, come on, don't be silly, don't be silly.
  • George Carlin: Puffed Henry to the freight cars. The cars shuttered and groaned.
  • Cars: Trickety-trock, trickety-trock, all right, all right!
  • Henry: That's better, that's better.
  • George Carlin: Puffed Henry. Cloud of smoke and steam poured from his funnel into the cold air, and the fire's light shown brightly.
  • Henry: Hurry, hurry, hurry!
  • George Carlin: Panted Henry. They were going well. The light grew better, signal light shown green as they passed. Then, a yellow signal appeared ahead. His driver prepared to stop, but the home signal was down.
  • Henry's Driver: All clear, Henry. Away we go.
  • George Carlin: They couldn't know the switches from the main line to a siding were frozen, and a home signal should have been set a danger, but snow had forced it down. A freight train was waited in a siding to let the Flying Kipper past, and a Driver and Fireman were drinking cocoa in the caboose.
  • Conductor: The Kipper is due.
  • George Carlin: Said the conductor.
  • Fireman: Who cares?
  • George Carlin: Said the Fireman.
  • Fireman: This is good cocoa.
  • George Carlin: The driver got up.
  • Driver: Come on, fireman, back to our engine.
  • George Carlin: They got out just in time.
  • (Henry crashes into the break van and comes off the rails completely)
  • George Carlin: Henry's driver and fireman had jumped clear before the crash, but Henry lay dazed and surprised. Sir Topham Hatt came to see him.
  • Henry: The signal was down, Sir.
  • George Carlin: Said Henry.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: Cheer up, Henry. It wasn't your fault. Ice and snow cause the accident. I'm sending you to Crewe, a fine place for sick engines. They'll give you your new shape and a larger firebox. You'll feel a different engine, and you won't need special coal anymore. Won't that be nice?
  • Henry: Yes, sir.
  • George Carlin: Said Henry doubtfully. Henry liked being a Crewe, but was glad to come home. A crowd of people waited to see him arrive in his new shape. He looked so splendid and strong that they gave him three cheers.
  • Henry: Peep, peep!
  • George Carlin: He whistled.
  • Henry: Thank you very much!
  • George Carlin: I'm sorry to say that a lot of little children were often late for school, because they waited to see Henry go by. They often see him pulling the express. He does it so well that Gordon is jealous. But that's another story.

Toby and The Flood

  • Alec Baldwin: It had been raining hard for weeks. Toby was feeling miserable. Everywhere was wet, wet, wet. His branch line runs to a village. The water and the river had risen with the rain. Only the great wall known as a dam was stopping the water from overflowing. Percy arrived just as Toby was about to inspect the dam for any damage.
  • Percy: Driver tells me it may be dangerous up there. Please be careful, Toby.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said Percy.
  • Toby: I'll try.
  • Alec Baldwin: Replied Toby bravely. Percy watched anxiously as Toby trundled away. His journey took him over a wooden bridge at the end of the village. The river surged dangerously beneath it. Harold the Helicopter was inspecting the dam as Toby arrived.
  • Toby's Driver: Be brave Toby.
  • Alec Baldwin: Called his Driver.
  • Toby's Driver: We had to cross to the other side.
  • Alec Baldwin: The dam did not look safe at all. Toby was very worried. Soon, he knew why.
  • Toby's Driver: The dam's breaking up! We must warn everyone!
  • Alec Baldwin: Toby shunted back as fast as his wheels would let him. Percy was waiting anxiously for Toby by the bridge. The river had risen so high that the bridge was in danger of collapsing.
  • Toby's Driver: The dam's breaking up. We must find high ground.
  • Alec Baldwin: Shouted Toby's driver.
  • Percy: Your only chance is to cross the bridge.
  • Alec Baldwin: Called Percy.
  • Toby: It doesn't look safe to me.
  • Alec Baldwin: Wailed Toby.
  • Toby's Driver: It's our only chance.
  • Alec Baldwin: Said his driver.
  • Toby's Driver: If the dam breaks, we'll be done for!
  • Alec Baldwin: Toby was halfway across the bridge when disaster struck.
  • (The dam breaks apart)
  • Toby: Help!
  • Alec Baldwin: Called Toby.
  • Percy's Driver: We'll follow him on our line. It needs the river further down.
  • Alec Baldwin: As Toby floated helplessly on the floodwaters, they passed a sign that made them shudder: Beware The Waterfall.
  • Toby's Driver: If we go over that waterfall, we're doomed.
  • Alec Baldwin: Then they saw Harold who swopped low and shouted urgently to them.
  • Harold: We're going to drop a rope to you. Attach it to yourself, quickly now!
  • Alec Baldwin: And they did, to one of Toby's buffers. Just then, Percy arrived. Harold flew over to him.
  • Harold: Catch a rope and pull Toby to safety!
  • Alec Baldwin: He called.
  • (Percy with all his might pulls Toby and the bridge to safety)
  • Alec Baldwin: Toby was safe at last. When the floods were over and the dam mended, the villagers had a big party for Toby, hosted by Sir Topham Hatt.
  • Sir Topham Hatt: You were very brave, Toby.
  • Toby: Thanks to Harold.
  • Percy: I could never been so brave, Toby.
  • Toby: Oh, I'm sure you would be, but you never know till you tried.
  • Alec Baldwin: Percy rather hope he never had to.

Night Train

  • Children: See how the night sky glows, See the light from the night train, The fire glow from the night train. On down the line he blows... Woooooo-oooooo!!! On down the line he blows. All through the night he goes. Hear the sound of the night train, The chugga-chug-chugg of the night train. Hear how his whistle blows... Woooooo-oooooo!!! Hear how his whistle blows. Pulling, heaving, big engine breathing. Pistons pushing side by side. Driver checking, gauging, peering, Fireman stoking by his side. On down the line they go. Fast track for the mail train, Clear away for the post train. Non-stop all night they go... Woooooo-oooooo!!! Non-stop all night they go. See how the night sky glows. Clear ahead for the night train, Green light for the night train. On down the track he blows... Woooooo-oooooo!!! On down the track he blows. Dawn is breaking, sleepy town waking. Children waving, watch him go. Freight trains, milk trains, Boat trains waiting, Stand aside to let him go. There in the morning glow The sunlight on the night train, Silhouettes the night train. On down the line he blows... Woooooo-oooooo!!! There in the morning glow. On down the line he blows Hear the sound of the night train, The chugga-chug-chugg of the night train. Hear how his whistle blows... Woooooo-oooooo!!! Hear how his whistle blows. On down the line he blows, On down the line he blows.
