Installation 07 is the last and largest of the ring worlds built by the Forerunner to contain the Flood. The name of the monitor is not known, but his number is suspected to be 117649, being 7 to the 6th power. Also, Installation 07 is the name for a Halo RPG site found at Installation07.Tk It also combines Bungie's apparent "obsession" with the number 7.
