In 12038, Chrkha Vrshakh was elected president of Hrikha, the largest nation on the planet of Srrah. He raised taxes and began allocating vast sums of money to fund a secret military. In 12042, his military had grown to 984,262,141 and he deemed his time had come. He quickly launched a massive full-scale invasion of the rest of Srrah, and, within two years, all of Srrah and the Ravahha species were under his control. Once in power, Vrshakh abolished the Hrikha Republic and proclaimed himself Director of the Circle of Ravahha, a position which gave him absolute totalitarian control of the planet and its inhabitants.
