Jakes Mulrenin

Edit
Before the Gang, Jake was a stupid little kid with no family and raised by wolves. He joined The Gang after being taken in by the Mulrenins. He contributes quite a bit to the group - whether it be on screen or off, he helps out a lot. His off-the-wall sense of humor at times rivals the rest of The Gang, and his creative input, however small, is always valued.
During production of Shenmue: The Gang Edition, Jake found himself recruited for most of the movie as camera operator. Thanks to an extremely limited crew at the time, almost every scene required Terry and Mike Paprocki in front of the camera. With nobody else around, Jake was simply dragged along and made to hold the camera. At least 50% of the movie was shot by Jake, which was a lot of responsibility for a 6th-grader. From then on, Jake has always been the fallback crew member on Gang movie shoots.
Terry and Mike decided to put Jake to work in front of the camera as well by giving him the part of Wong in Shenmue II: The Gang Edition. The Wong chase scene was one of the only scenes to be shot during the first attempt to produce the movie in 2003 before it was dropped in favor of making The Search for Pappas. When The Gang finally did get to Shenmue II in 2004, Jake reprized the role for the full feature (despite the fact he had grown up quite a bit in the meantime). He returned as Wong in Shenmue III, and has since been filling various supporting roles in The Gang's movies.
Rebel Entertainment
Edit
Added by The GangRebel Entertainment began in 2004 when Jake Mulrenin and Dan Williamson foresaw what would become the most epic tale in the history of story telling. This story was called Freedom Fighters. Rebel Entertainment mainly exists as a group on Myspace and Facebook and has grown quite a bit due to the exposure of Freedom Fighters to the awestruck general public in 2005. They followed up with a sequel, Freedom Fighters 2, in 2007. In 2008, Jake Winterfield was added to Rebel Entertainment's creative team, leading to the release of their next original movie, Day Wulfe. Rebel Entertainment has also worked on several short films for Evergreen Park High School's film and fiction class.
Outside The Gang
Edit
As A Character
Edit
Like most members of The Gang, Jake has often appeared as himself in The Gang's movies.
In The Gangverse
Edit

Added by The GangIn The Search for Pappas, Jake seemed to be the only one to notice something was wrong after his brother had been replaced by the Dark Terry. When he tried to tell Eileen, however, he was quickly dismissed. A similar situation arose in Gang Wars when Jake received word that Terry and Mike had been captured by the Council of Elders. For whatever reason, Eileen either didn't believe or didn't care...
Jake returned in Doin' Stuff 4 to get into a senseless gun battle with his brother (which resolved itself after both forgot what they were fighting about). Later, in Doin' Stuff 5, he would show off some of his musical talent with his "Jakes-Tastic" Jesus song. Just prior to the Stalker Boy incident, Jake was seen starring in one of his older brother's "documentaries" alongside Kelly, Erin, and a big chicken. At the end of Doin' Stuff 6, Jake acquired Mass Effect from Mike, and was last seen playing World of Warcraft in Oh, Video!

Added by The GangIn Freedom Fighters
Edit
In the world of Freedom Fighters, Jake is the leader of a resistance movement that forms against the Russian invasion of Chicago. Jake recruits Dan Williamson into his band of rebels and leads them on a mission to sabotage a train that's been taking American prisoners to Alaska. During their escape, Jake was captured by enemy forces and delivered into the hands of the Russian leader, General Tatarin. When Jake refuses to cooperate in their interrogation, he is shot and killed. His death only serves to enrage his former rebel partners - particularly Dan, who leads a successful mission to kill General Tatarin and avenge Jake's death.
A year or something later, in Freedom Fighters 2, a new Jake is recruited into the Freedom Fighters. However, he turns out to be a Russian double-agent out for revenge. It is revealed that he is, in fact, the son of General Tatarin, and wants to kill Dan for killing his father. His numerous attempts to assassinate Dan fail, and he is eventually shot off a rooftop and into a pool. Nobody seems to notice or care that he looks exactly like Jake from FF1.
