Chemotherapy: P6 protocol cycles of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and doxorubicin with etoposide and ifosfamide.
Surgery: Colostomy performed due to tumor mass compression of the rectogigmoid junction about 15cm from anus.
- Further surgery could not fully remove tumors due to involvement of the porta hepatis, mesenteric vessels, and anal sphincter.
Chemotherapy: Irinotecan and Temozolomide (Temodar)
- Cyclophosphamide and Topotecan.
- 250mg Aranesp twice monthly
Radiation: Directed toward new tumor pressing against L3 vertebrae
Chemotherapy: Gemcitabine (Gemzar) and ?
Surgery: to correct abdominal obstruction of the lower bowel caused by scar tissue
