Trivia

  • In the THX optimizer, the scene with Jimmy explaining his plan to get all the parents back is used.
  • On Disc 1, the DVD menu from the Paramount print is replaced by a completely different DVD menu. There's also a Sneak Peeks menu added to it too.
    • Further more on Disc 2, the DVD menu from the Paramount print is used for the main menu, instead, with an new intro that ties into the intro of the Paramount print's DVD menu, the For Film Fans menu taking place in Jimmy's Lab, and the For Kids With Big Brains menu taking place at Retroland.
  • The captions are done by Captions, Inc. Los Angeles.
  • Instead of being a 1-disc set like the Paramount version was, it's now a 2-disc set with Disc 1 containing the movie and the audio commentary and Disc 2 containing the bonus features.
  • All bonus features from the Paramount print (except for "The Making of Jimmy Neutron" promotional featurette, which is replaced with the more extensive version of it, entitled The Making of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius in this Disney print) are moved to Disc 2.
  • The Storyboard-to-Film Comparison showcases the "No Parents" sequence in both storyboards and the final film either separately or side-by-side together.
  • The Production Demo shows the scene with an announcement for the then-soon-to-be-opened Retroland in 4 different angles (Storyboards, Layout, Animation, or Shading & Lighting).
  • The hidden Easter Eggs on Disc 2 can be found in the For Film Fans and For Kids With Big Brains sub-menus.
    • For the 1st Easter Egg, go to the History & Development section of the For Film Fans sub-menu, then highlight "The Lost Rocketboy" and press Left on your remote. It'll highlight a picture of Jimmy's rocket. If you then press Enter, you'll be greeted by John A. Davis saying that you found the Easter Egg and then tell you about the opening to the lost "Runaway Rocketboy" pilot, and why they decided to save it for the DVD. After it, you'll be treated to the original pilot's theme song.
  • This would later go back into the Disney Vault on January 31st, 2007, and be replaced with the Special Edition DVD/Blu-Ray of the movie on October 12th, 2010.
  • Some voice actors are changed (Most of them are retained, however), but the audio and video are the same.
    • Here's a list of the voice actors that replaced the ones from the Paramount print in this Disney print.
      • Cree Summer - Judy Neutron (replacing Megan Cavanagh, who still voices VOX in the Disney print of the movie.)
      • The following voice actors all replace Mark DeCarlo and David L. Lander.
        • Tim Allen - Hugh Neutron and Gus
        • Jeff Bennett - Pilot
        • Patrick Warburton and Andrew Stanton - Arena Yolkians
      • Candi Milo - Cindy Vortex (along with still voicing Nick Dean, Britanny, and PJ in this Disney print) (replacing Carolyn Lawrence)
      • Alyssa Milano - Libby Folfax (replacing Crystal Scales)
