The Kuiper Belt with it's millions of comets, ice-and-rock asteroids, and dwarf planets in the universe of the Void of Earth's Solar System has millions of inhabitants. It has traditionally been governed by the Outworld Alliance, but the Alliance is being increasingly challenged militarily by the Empire of Spectra. See also Kuiper Belt states.
