Currently the following API's are used (use the links to the API documentations):
[edit] Main Iterations
The following links will direct you to the different working iterations that were presented in class. Hence they do not represent the latest status of the project, but give the possibility to review the working milestones.
- Iteration 1 (as presented on 02/14/07): User logs on to Facebook and is redirected to Google Map. The Google Map shows all the friends of the user in form of markers. These markers are placed only for users, which have edited their hometown in their personal records.
- Iteration 2 (as presented on 03/21/07): New Facebook authentication process, no more hard coded information in the HTML (100% AJAX), Demo Account available, further GUI functionality (friendlist)
- Iteration 3 (as presented on 04/18/07): to be released

- Andre: Working on DOM Methods to retrieve all needed information from the Facebook responseXML (Finished). Further research on the Amazon API, is it possible to use the recommendation engine of Amazon?

- Joern: So, the Welcome Page is done, now I am going to try out, how I can get the facebook friends out of an xml file into the webpage / friends list. ... Hope the best ;)
