Betty G. Birney, John Swartzwelder and George Meyer wrote the Episode after visiting the Radio City Music Hall in New York City at a Museum. Swartzwelder created Maestro Stroganoff, which describes him as a mixture of Leopold Stokowski, James Levine and Christopher Lloyd.
