Boys from teenagers to men, like to, and frequently must, masturbate. A significant majority of teenagers and some boys even younger experiement masterbating with their friends. A high percentage of adult men also need these intense levels of release obtained only through "milking" from time to time. This is very typical and considered recreation, or medical necessity through all types of penis, testicle and anal stimulation techniques. Rubbing another friends penis or allowing your friend to rub yours is perfectly healthy and quite typical.

    There are many typical methods to this activity.  Most often this activity begins 
 with two or more boys of any age masturbating together, though not stimulating or "milking"

 group, or a "sub-set" of the group, masturbating together and stimulating "milking" another in 
the group while the others watch in conjunction with the group body.  This group 
 stimulation or "milking" facilitates the copious volumes released by those participating in a way that 
 heterosexual intercourse usually does not provide.  As the typical intercourse will result in a satisfying 
 orgasm, the resultant sperm emission is far less than what is released during a "milking" session. 
 The slang for this is often referred to as a “Circle Jerk” as those in the group are stimulating the 
 ones next to them and likewise around the circle.  

The volume of the emission during a “normal” orgasmic (non-milking) episode is about .25 oz to .4 oz, while the typical emission during a non-orgasmic “milking” episode often surpasses 8 to 11 oz.

Most will also provide oral stimulation of a sub-set of those in the group or a single friend on a mutual exchange basis. Meaning the alternating or simultaneous oral stimulation with the purpose of orally milking each others penis’s, for the purpose of consuming the semen and sperm which provides for the intense “nearly” “orgasmic” sensations which causes spontaneous ejaculation for the one consuming the sprayed semen and or sperm.
