Martin Hayter Short, CM (born March 26, 1950) is a Canadian Actor, Comedian, Singer, Writer and Producer.

He voiced The Cat in the Hat in the PBS cartoon, The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!, and Stefano in Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted.
