Meaning is defined as "the end, purpose, or significance of something." Based on that definition, I can easily argue that human life has no meaning: there is no grand purpose or significance of our lives, and as for the 'end', we have only eternal death awaiting us.

Not only does meaning not exist in our universe, but it also cannot be imagined or defined. Meaning is a non-existant, non-imaginable thing that the TCHB- as well as other human brains that are not TCHBs- craves. No possible reality/pursuit/action you can think up in your wildest imagination would be 'meaningful' to the TCHB. Thus, the only thing a TCHB wants is to never have been born.

Note: I wrote the above in 2006. By 2007, I changed my mind somewhat:

Meaning is a subjective thing that we all find for ourselves. Most people, including me, don't require some kind of magical meaning or divine purpose in life; most people find meaning in Diversions. I also could live happily using Diversions, except for the fact that life is finite and pain is everywhere in life. If it weren't for those two things, I'd be like most people in that I would be enjoying a life of Diversions.
