I've been twitting at the edges of what exclusivity means to one whose output is largely geared towards achieving inclusivity. In the book I demonize the former and exalt the latter which is sort of counter to the expressed purpose. I guess I've been so bummed out by institutionalization that it comes natural to attack it rather than illuminate its "dark inner recesses."
Whether to make this a blog with comments, a wiki, or the present structure seems to have found a detent at writing a book whose length may have already exceeded its value. But maybe not. Exclusivity so permeates most everything we think/do that it's hard to come to grips with it.
