- At the same age as Mary (from Mild N Wooly), he is the youngest of four Eevee Brothers. His three other brothers Rainer, Sparky and Pyro all date Cassandra, Latoya Parker and Calista. He has a diaper inside his shorts. He ??? ring bearer ??? Misty's wedding with Rudy ???

- He is a boy with brown hair and red eyes and wears a green short sleeved shirt, blue shorts with a white diaper inside, white socks and orange shoes.
- In every Party Dancecapade crossover, he wears a green prince outfit with a white diaper on his head to use it as a top hat.
