Ministry of the Army
The modern Ministry of the Army (MOA) was restructured in 1973. Prior to the "Glorious Revolution", the "Army of the State", was based on the "Ten Corps" model: Ten Corps had Ten Divisions, and the ten divisions had twenty brigades. The navy was subordinate to the "Army of the State" and was called the "Army Navy of the State". The Army Navy was a brigade sized unit and was structured like a ground force. So a ship was considered a division and was "employed like a division on the water".
The modern MOA head is the Minister of the Army. The Minister of the Army has at least 20 years of military experience. The minister is responsible for the overall command of the Army. The ministers' office procures military contracts, administers and maintains military law, is responsible for the administrative issues pertaining to Army operations and long term strategic goals.

If this element is destroyed or loses the ability to utilize it's C4I assets the Central Legionary Command can act as and will assume command of the Army. AMC is responsibilty for military operations.

Operational manning and administrative support assigned to legionary units at this level. The Legionary supply element is also located at CLC. There is one Squad level unit for each Corps at CLC that supports the legions administrative tasks.
